Shop by internet or go away. I stopped in for some sub sandwiches for the family and was told no. The sandwich person told me she had to complete internet orders before any in-store shoppers. She advised ordering on the internet first and then coming in to the store. I also noticed you need to use your phone to get the maximum price savings at the register. If you are not up with the latest on phone technology, you need to go to Walmart or WinnDixie. I did ask to see the manager and they told me he was busy.

My experience with Heron Creek Publix has always been very pleasant and very helpful. If I can't find something I can always get help. At Christmas time we are able to order seafood for our Italian feast that Publix normally does not carry. Every department (Bakery, Deli, etc) has always been polite and helpful. We have lived here for 18 years and have always shopped at Publix. Have tried other grocery stores and they do not compare.

05/10/17 -- I agree with Mr. Bartlett's review and this is the last time I shop Publix first, which I have done for years.
Since Walmart moved in, across the street, prices at this store have gone up and selection gone down. Yet, I still came to Publix first, going across the street only in curiosity, to begin with, and then, as increasingly necessary. Today, I have decided that I'll go to Walmart first from now on. Publix Pharmacy and Deli are still fine, but regular shopping here wastes a lot of time and patience.

I was at the deli and I had Estania make 5 ultimate subs. She made the best subs ever! She was so nice and she even gave us slices of provelone chesse because we were waiting there while she made our subs. She even wrote T's on the subs that had tomato on them! Estania deserves a raise! Another time we were at the deli and we had a guy named Chevon. He did a great job on our subs too. Even though he would hear what we wanted, he would ask again just to make sure. He just had the nicest manners and always had patience! Chevon also deserves a raise. Definitely my favorite workers! Next time anyone goes to this Publix and goes to the deli, requests for Estania or Chevon! You will have the best experience. They can turn your day from bad to good instantly with their wonderfull personality.
