Our experience at JM Lexus was excellent and very positive. They made it very easy to purchase or lease a vehicle. Our sales manager,German Afanador, was outstanding. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional and gave us our options in a very understandable manner. I would highly recommend both JM Lexus and German to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a vehicle.

I received top quality customer service from Pedro Diaz. He was extremely professional and patient as he helped me throughout my purchase of a brand new beautiful Lexus. He walked me through the different type of cars I was interested in and which one was right for me without any pressure. I am more than satisfied with my experience and could have not asked for anyone better to help. Come to JM Lexus and ask for Pedro, you will not be disappointed!

I am on my eighth Lexus from JM Lexus. I recently leased an IS from a gentleman named George Molina. I have always had great experiences at JM but this one was by far the best. George took the time to understand my needs. He listened and he made recommendations accordingly. He was professional, courteous and compassionate. I would highly recommend you do business with George next time you lease or purchase a Lexus from JM. He will take excellent care of you.

I was dreading getting a new care due to past negative experiences with dealers but from the moment I contacted JM I received amazing customer service. I received a written quote from Terry prior to me even visiting the dealer and the price was very fair ( I shopped around and no one beat JM); he even went in on his day off when I requested a quote on another car to make sure I received it. I arrived to the dealer and was greeted by Terry, he was with another customer at the time and introduced me to his associate Jeffrey Wright. To be honest I thought "oh boy here we go with the handing off stuff". I was so wrong! Jeffrey was amazing! I was pleasantly surprised that the quote I received was still the same (no tricks). I stayed with Jeffrey from beginning to end (no going with the mean finance guy). Jeffrey made what I thought would be a dreaded car shopping experience seamless and all in a little over 2 hours. I will get the rest of my cars from JM FOREVER! Love the no haggle, no BS system they have going now, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Amazing experience. Luis and Micheal assisted me with my new car and I must say they were both amazing. I am not the easiest person to please but Micheal and Luis made sure they did everything to assist me. I was more than happy with my purchase and their service.

I have been leasing cars from JM Lexus for many years and have always very pleased with the purchasing process. I was not disappointed this time. Dario, my salesperson this time, was excellent. He read me correctly and quickly found a car that suited me and was an excellent deal with all the necessary bells and whistles. All the time he was charming and easy to talk to. Between him and the business manager, Todd we were completed and out of there in a shorter time than previous occasions. Now all I need to conclude as soon as possible is getting the leased car that I was turning in fixed in the body shop where it currently is so that can be completed as well.
I would definitely recommend people interested in Lexus to visit their show room in Margate. They will have a good/outstanding experience.response / report this review -

I have been to other Lexus dealers in South Florida but there is none that is remotely comparable to JM Lexus when it comes to providing excellent customer service. JM puts you first in every transaction, going above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal. This is my 2nd RX 350 from JM and both experiences have been exemplary.
Special thanks to Alex Raymond, the Product Specialist who spent hours with me going over every detail, and making me feel like I was the most important customer.

Had to come to the Lexus dealer on our vacation. My car had an engine light on. Made an appointment , got there a little late , no problem. Was immediately escorted to a beautiful Lounge, where we waited while my car was looked over . Was in&out in no time at no charge. Jessica Stone took care of me and was the most pleasant customer service rep we've dealt with at any Lexus dealership. If we lived in Florida, we would definitely be back. Thank you.

Once again--For the fourth time--We purchased a new car from JM. From the first help to the final goodbye we were treated like the most important customer they have ever had.
A very special thank you to Mike Robbins who took so much time with us and allowed us to test drive, re-test drive and sort out what was for me a very difficult decision. The easiest part was to buy from JM Lexus. the service simply can not be beat.

Nothing less than amazing!!! Anyone can sell a car but very few can sell an experience. From the moment you walk in the shine of all the beautiful cars and a wonderful scent greet you, what a neat dealer I had never bought a car this fast (less than 2 hrs) and felt so comfortable and satisfied loved it! The buying experience at JM Lexus was excellent! I walked in about 1 1/2 hours before they closed and walked out after hours with a new car. I was greeted by Jonathan Wulkan who helped me finalize the pricing with my trade-in (sorry I can't remember the name of the person that appraised my car, but he was quick and efficient) and monthly payment. Fran Levine took over from there and switched my plates, had the car detailed, and waited after hours to show me the features of the car (we could have talked all night; she's extremely personable). While all that was going on, Brandon Douglas took care of the paperwork and showed me some additional financing options if I decided after the weekend those were more beneficial to me. Having a background in operations processes and sales, I understand that this team of individuals works like a well-oiled machine and each one knows where they fit into the process. Thank you again for making the buying process so smooth!! Great job!!!

This is my fourth car from JM Lexus. I buy with trust and the full knowledge that I have purchased an exceptional car at great value. The staff is very knowledgeable and most helpful. The Staff at JM Lexus is buy far the most professional and accommodating car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Omar and Izzy my salesmen, were awesome. Omar did everything in his power to ensure that I drive of the lot with the car I wanted. He got me a great deal and made sure my payments stayed within my budget that we discussed. Izzy was very personable and knowledgeable. He informed me of all the specs of the car and helped me choose the options that were most important to my needs. John in finance, was quick and efficient. He offered options but wasn't pushy and helped me get an additional insurance option that was important and still kept me in my comfort zone with my monthly payments. The facility is top notch as my wife and I enjoyed a relaxing massages while the paperwork was being processed . The entire staff was extremely profitiant, as I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. I would recommend JM Lexus to all my friends and family and I look forward to getting my vehicles first service just so I can return.
Thank you again to OMAR and IZZY and John Your customer service and professionalism made my experience at JM Lexus one that I won't soon forget. I love my car and I'm super happy with the team that helped me get it. Thanks again guys, Lexus should be proud to have you representing them!
