I'm updating my review because after my purchase I completed a survey. My salesperson called me a couple of days later reprimanding me for not leaving him a 10/10 rating. ????? That's unprofessional, and rude- and none of their business. If it wasn't a perfect 10, they shall do it better next time.
Overall, they didn't play games with us; they were very helpful and made the process smoother than other dealers I had visited (over 4 of them).

Stopped for my first scheduled oil change for my new Civic that I love. I was taken care of by Taylor who immediately made me feel great! Wasn't a good day till I met her. She got me out in less than an hour. She understands customer service!! Thanks Taylor!!

This dealership is great! Everyone is very helpful since I purchased my car back in 2013. I do live in Hialeah and since this location is out of my way I've done other places near me to do my car maintenance services and no one else compares to their service. Both Justin and Greg have always been helpful,honest and give excellent customer service. Everytime my car needs any services I drive all the way to this dealership because I know I will be taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Keep up the great job! Last week while vacationing in Pompano Beach from Tampa, I was having issues with several trouble lights coming on in my new HRV. I took it to Hendrick Honda. I explained to my service adviser Erica that I was on vacation and just wanted to be able to drive the car home in three days if was a serious issue. I was in and out in less than hour and half with my car repaired, I can honestly say this was the best auto service I have ever received at an auto dealership. Erica, and all of the service staff were friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have received more friendly and better service at a five star hotel.. Many, many thanks!

My experience at Hendrick Honda Pompano Service Dept is always a positive one especially because of Erica and JP. I drive 30 minutes to go to them but I don't mind because I know I will get excellent service Erica and JP are examples of how all people should treat their customers. I would not go anywhere else to service my car! They are the best service department around!

Recently bought a car from Hendrick Honda and we had the pleasure of working with Richard IAMUNNO. He was patient, diligent and extremely thorough with the buying process. We spent hours trying to decide yet he was very cool the entire time and just helped us through our decision every step of the way.
We were also impressed with Ned Brown (from finance) who helped us with the finance portion.
We are definitely coming back to Richard when we are ready to trade in our next car!

I had a great experience here. I bought a 2016 Honda Civic here last month and I couldn't be more pleased. Richard Iamunno was my sales rep and he was awesome. He had a lot patience and had great customer service. Overall I was pleased with my entire experience. I was looking for the best deal possible and I definitely got it. They went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out with a car and a payment I was satisfied with. They even threw in a free tank a gas and a $100 gift card! I recommend this dealership to everyone. I've been to other dealerships where they don't care and aren't interested in working out any deals with you so these guys are highly recommended in my book.

Put almost $5,000 down on a 2013 Fit. I was hit with 17.4 % interest rate for the remainder of my payment and a useless oil change package that I don't even want. I was told i was going to have 14% interest with a power train warranty package. My initial deal was voided and I got stuck with this horrible deal. They do not care about your best interest, they just want your money. Classic bait & switch on 24 year old who just graduated college saving every penny for a car. I feel stripped of my dignity and hard-work. How do the finance representatives sleep at night?

Don't trust this dealership! They give you a great quote on the phone and in an email to lure you into the showroom, and then don't have the car quoted because they didn't mention they added optional equipment that is overpriced. If you ask them to get you the car they quoted they won't honor the price they quoted. Classic bait and switch!

Sketchy. Especially their managers. They will pull any trick and say ANYTHING to get you into their showroom if you call for information. That is their only goal. If I wanted to drive 30min to the showroom, I wouldn't have called! If you can't or won't give information on the phone, simply don't say you will. It is called integrity and it can't be found anywhere near this place.

I'm giving 5 star simply cause of Richard Lamunno with his great service as a salesman. I came up to him and I told him i will buy this car but only if i can save from it. The answer i got was "Certainly" and he kept his word and make the process easy, Thank You Richard.
