Stuckup, lazy, incompetant, disappearing, confused sales and MANAGEMENT trying to recoup their loses building a facade of a first class mega store: more like a 1920's " hollywoodland back lot before:" talkies "?

Chinese junk at prices from the rings of Saturn.
Cheap:"T" shirts AND PANTIES that represent : "HD'S MADE IN AMERICA !" but?

No service OR parts PEOPLE THAT WANT TO OR COULD WORK IF TBEY KNEW HOW!

Overpriced foreign parts and engine parts to make them less efficient ( if that's POSSIBLE?) Louder and more embarrassing to the 98% of motorcycle riders stereotyping? Sad.
ZERO, responsibility for parts ( in back and white on your reciept : not by signature but mearly YOUR prescience and purchase not a signature you read OR agree to their irresponsibility for anything they do OR sell.
No legal but costly, time, stressful, and cu ft DELAYS by excellent awyers: UNLESS the part/ service fails and causes you OR your passengers or others death or dismemberment?

Why would the EVEN need OR ask FR that? IF you don't tell them your name/ID : to add to their SURVELLENCE RECORDINGS: THEY aren't " In God we trust" people who accept cash :"for all debts public OR private"
    ( I.E. CASH AND A HAT?)
Can't rate service due to behave a death wish r endevering

Great place to stop. I take issue with their support of any brand other than HD. The store is packed full of all kinds of trinkets, but 90% is for HD. I ride a goldwing and it was embarrassed by their lack of selection. Online catalog is much more comprehensive, but store selection is sorely lacking. There are other brands out there guys, I will guess your saying that HD requires more parts? Aside from That, if you need a helmet or apparel, they have a nice selection.

I Love this place for so many reasons Every time I am in the Are this is a must stop place for my wife and I. The absolutely largest selection of motorcycle parts and accessories on earth. Exaggeration,.. I don't know. But what I do know is this place is downright awesome. Very knowledgeable people all through the place that are willing to help you find just what you need for your ride. Highly recommend it!

Phil at the service counter is great! Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable, 100 % helpful and a really pleasant person to learn from. 1st time going in person rather than ordering online. Store n staff are great !

Everyone is nice and helpful. They probably have what you're looking for. You will most certainly run into riders that are more than eager to swap road stories.

After I ordered the wrong part, A guy named Jay helped me not only find the right part, but then he was able to over night it to me all the way to California and I had it the next day by 10 AM. Looks like I will make the ride this weekend after all.
I was more than happy to send him a lunch ticket for a local sports bar, Enjoy your lunch Jay, I sincerely appreciate your assistance.
JP cycles, I hope you value employees like Jay (William Wall)

They had in stock, 3 items that the Harley Davidson parts dept told me were special order and 5-7 business days for delivery. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the cashier hooked me up with a club membership that saved me 10% on everything I purchased. The saved money was nearly enough to cover the membership fee. When I returned two days later my bonus points from my first purchase provided a $10.00 credit. What's not to love?

Very disappointed. I was prepared that day to spend $500 -$700 + on saddlebags. Salesman's initial contract was to hand me off to someone else who quickly dismissed me as a non - Harley rider. Suggested I look elsewhere. I walked up and down the isles to see if I could find something but was never offered any help by the staff who far outnumbered the customers. I went out of my way to visit the store and will never return (B&M or website). I will give my money to their competitors.

Selection of aftermarket items is nice. Advice on repairing a light bulb on my bike - not so good. I wanted to buy a bulb for my Ultra Classic and was told I needed a heat gun to take off the light. I don't have a heat gun. So I took the bike in to get it done. Lo and behold the mechanic fixed it in two seconds. No heat gun needed. Nice big place to visit though.
