I heard from multiple people when I moved to Daytona to go to Discount Tire to get the hole in my tire fixed since the first person did not do it correctly and it was still leaking. So I made an appointment yesterday evening for this morning. When I made the appointment I told them that I already had a plug in my tire and I wanted to get a new one or a patch however they could help me when I came there, nobody mentioned that that would be a problem . today when I got there they told me that they were unable to plug my tire or patch it because I already had a plug in it. So why they proceeded to let me make the appointment to begin with I still don't understand. they offered me a used tire that was one size too small. I did not want to take the one size too small tire so I asked could they at least just put air in my tire before I go. They then refuse to put air in the tire because they said they could not put air in the tire of anything that was less than 15 psi?? Now if this is true I understand but since I have been having problems with this tire multiple mechanic shops, the Take 5 drive-thru oil change, I could go on have filled my tire up with air which leads me to think that that was an excuse because they did not want to help. Either way they were not of any help this morning and I will not go back

When I set a budget to spend, the last question I want to hear is "what is your budget?" I want the best product avaliable, if your out of my budget I will tell you! I also am leary of stores with 2 or more advertised names!

I have been coming here for all of the cars in my extended family for 25 years now. I buy Michelin rain tires for my car in Central FL.
These people do it right & haven't steered anyone wrong on tires.
The free lifetime balance & rotation is a lifesaver both for tires & people.

They are very professional. I have been to many of the discount tire locations. The beville road location, has the best quality of work. The staff is always going above and beyond. They will not disappoint.

I am quite honestly flabbergasted with how fantastic my service was a discount tire. I had a very large bold in a very large tire that they were able to remove and repair for NO CHARGE. I will be having all of my services done at this location going forward . I'm unbelievably impressed. Thank you also to Paul A for being so incredibly professional.

Great store with good, friendly people. I had a slow leak in my one tire. They checked it out & plugged it FREE OF CHARGE! As a senior citizen I really appreciated that! The next time I need tires this is the ONLY place I'll consider!

Best prices that I have found in the area. After I purchased the tires they stand behind what they sell. In my case they repaired a slow leak and rotated my tires quickly at no charge. I will buy all my tires here and recommend Discount Tires to all my friends.
