This is by far one of the worst companies I HAVE EVER had to deal with. These people are professional thieves. I rented through them a 1 bedroom house in Celanese. The whole time I lived there, there was a leak that they refused to come and fix. They also sent me an email telling me that they had been told I had 5 dogs living in the house. 5 dogs in a 1 bedroom house? I called them and asked them to please come look in the house and tell me if they found any trace of any animals. They never came or followed up. I also received another complaint email telling me I had another person living with me. I again called them and told them that they could come look in the house even when I wasn't there to see if anyone other than myself lived there. While I lived there I had a recliner that had damaged a small piece of the paint in the living room so when I moved out my boyfriend fixed it and painted it and they still kept my deposit. They informed they kept my deposit because there was damage to the house even though I actually left it cleaner than when I had moved in. They also sited one of the reasons for not only keeping my deposit but charging me a fee because I had people living with me and 5 dogs living with me. None of this was ever true, and every time I tried to get them to come to the property I got zero response. On top of all of this awful mess when I was at the office and tried to talk to the receptionist she yelled at me in front of my boyfriend and their other customers. The worst part of all of this is I still had to pay them a fee for lies. I have never even written a google review but I had to warn people. I really hope no one ever rents from this place. They are truly terrible people. By far the worst hands down in all my life I have ever dealt with. You are better off living in a cardboard box than renting from them. Just please don't, you will absolutely regret it. Jason Free is the devil!

They lied about the rent and charged a unreal amount of late charges they should be shut down!!

Please save yourself a lot of grief and money, Do not use this company.Manager rude , security deposits not forth coming. They do NOT tell the truth and do not really take care of the properties the way they are suppose. They are also not affiliated with BBB, for good reasons, they would receive too many complaints.

This company is very shady. Tried to collect double rent on me. Sent me to three different collection companies.
