I rent at their sister property who took over as new management. Please stay away from Arium. They don't seem to care about their community like other places I have lived at.

Isaac was very helpful. I love the quiet location and the friendly staff. If you want a great place in the Buckhead Sandy Springs "Buck-Springs" area, check out Atrium!

I do not regret my decision moving here and infact I am really pleased with my decision of moving here 7 months back!!
I was reluctant to move by seeing all the Negative reviews and staff ensured that my concerns are taken care off and 'Joel' changed my No to Yes. I made surprise inspection of all the breezeways and trust me they all were clean and did some random check with actual people living in the property!
Current staff is tremendously supportive and loving! Maintenance is bang on time but yeah small misses or little delays happen every now and then with any apartment.
I must mention Joel & Diamond have been phenomenal in assisting and taking extra step to ensure your stay is pleasant in the property!!response / report this review -

I've lived here for 9 years, it use to be owned by John Dewberry and was a great place to live. Since taking new ownership "ARIUM at Chastain " the Staff will be very helpful and friendly with your needs and assistance; but, once they get you in here under contract which is very expensive too break, they will start asking you to pay more for your water bill, pay more for your trash to be taken off, etc. "Bait and Switch" you will have to move in First to get the full experience. Make sure you get everything backed up in writing, and with a witness there!!! The breeze ways are always very filthy, on a positive note it's a great location and the neighbors are friendly. After you've move in they will jack the price up each year by five percent! Just remember, buyer beware, and bait & switch, and you should be good to go :-/

Living here has been the absolute most annoying experience. I have not been so angry and frustrated with a business until I encountered this unorganized group of individuals running the leasing office. Protect your pockets and your sanity and move somewhere else. And if the employer Faith tells you any information, make sure you get it in writing!! And get copies of all payments because they will try to keep your deposit!! Good luck getting in contact with corporate. It's like a circus is running this joint.

I lived in Dewberry Isle for 4 years and found it to be a very pleasant experience. They have very nice features, and always fix any problem you have within 24 hours. The staff is nice, the location is great with many great places to eat -- never had any problems, and made some great friends while living there. - Brant C.
