I was disappointed in the attitude of the staff, who were not at all friendly, welcoming or helpful. They didn’t have what I wanted, but they didn’t offer any suggestions, alternatives or help. The products are probably as good as they look, if you’re willing to pay the prices, but I am unlikely to return.

I love that there are always samples, but today there were even mini cupcakes! The Christmas merchandise is gorgeous. The worst part about stopping by is choosing which flavor cake to get!

What can you say about J Edwards? Its phenomenal. Hands down, best chocolate Ice ever had in my 29 years. Very friendly service, lovely decor, delicious smellswhat's not to love?

We came in several times to try as many cake flavors as possible before making the final decision on our cakes. What's great is they apply each piece purchased to discount your final order (up to a certain amount). This is a GREAT way to encourage customers to taste before deciding. Each time we came in we had a great experience & the cake was ALWAYS amazing, of course! The day of the wedding the cakes were delivered right on time & looked absolutely amazing! I gave them an inspirational picture & all the flowers/lace. They knocked it out of the park!! Everyone LOVED the cake. There was hardly any leftovers. I cannot wait to eat the top layer in a year! Special thanks to Kristin/Kristie (can't remember her name, sorry)! She was the person we worked with & she was just so helpful & professional!

Candy, cupcakes, cakes and more! The staff is knowledgeable & friendly while the store is tidy & adorable!

I was in town for a conference and I was looking for a place to get a great slice of chocolate cake for my husband and found this gem! The cake was very rich and delicious and I will be getting a whole cake for my his birthday. I cant wait to taste some of their other treats. :)

We are from Indianapolis and were in search of a wedding cake last fall. My mom, living in south bend at the time, stopped in J Edwards Fine Chocolate and Cakes while passing through Kokomo. She said the staff was so kind and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. We wanted something clean and simple for our wedding cake and J Edwards did just that! Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was also delicious. We aren't super "cake people" and this cake knocked our socks off--seriously. We froze our cake and thawed it over a year later and the cake was still incredibly moist + creamy. We will return for future anniversaries and celebratory events!
