After driving here I find a sign saying "closed out of business". I'm really sorry to here this but at the same time it would be nice if they updated Google. To the owners, as a small business owner I wish you the best and sorry to see another small business go away.

Iv bin shopping at this store for some time now since getting into Nitro rc and have always had great experiences here. Betty is the best. Sweet dear lady.Knows me by name, knows my voice on the phone. Extremely helpful when knowing what I need n willing to order whatever I need. Prices are extremely fair, with many rc parts being even cheaper then online. Blue is great, has bin always extremely helpful with my Nitro rc, for parts, tips,and general knowledge. I would like to say however for that clay dude that gave them a bad review, you sound like an idiot. And a bad customera customer that I certainly wouldn't want.There are books everywhere in-store with part numbers for your rcs. Especially traxxas. As far as store return policy, it's clearly stated about store policy, in-store credit only. It's there store, it's there policy, if you don't like it, well it's not your store to create n implement policies . They are entitled to run they're store as they choose. Guess what clay, I spend a good bit of money there n I could care less about store return policy coz I'm always buying something anyways, so for you to bash them for there policy is wrong, it's people like yoy that give businesses bad names just because. Iv gotten wrong parts there, but that was my fault, not there's.i didn't look up numbers right prior to going in. And when staff looks up part numbers, they've never bin wrong. clay at a any point in time, did you give them a chance to make it right? Get you the right parts? Or was you just being a hothead n just demand your money back? I know these people from doing business with them and know for a fact that given the proper professional opportunity to make a wrong right, they would have.So for everyone patronizing jc Hobbies, don't stop, they're great people n don't deserve ignorant reviews as this clay character so put it.. I wouldn't do business anywhere else.

First and last experience was horrible to make a long story short most of all the parts I bought there were the wrong parts I went back to return the wrong parts and get my money back they said all sales are final and told me it was my fault I shoulda known better if I should have known better why did I even walk in their front door after arguing with them for a while they said they would only give me store credit well I wasn't having that so I refuse to leave until they gave me my money back finally they gave me my money back but they still insisted that it was my fault and that I shoulda known better as I was walking out their door I can Google and look up what parts I need for my car or truck I don't need someone else to do that for me and do it wrong when I walk in a hobby store I expect them to have some knowledge and experience with with RC vehicles their knowledge of parts is horrible at best and their customer service sucks needless to say I will never go back far as I'm concerned Hobby Express in Cranberry is the only place to go oh and by the way they do have a sign saying something around the lines of no returns or store credit only but it is small and it is facing the total opposite direction of the cash register as you're paying you cannot see this sign so do yourself a favor save some gas time and aggravation DO NOT visit J&C Hobbies
