We replaced our old asphalt roof with a standing seam metal roof and the team was amazing from start to finish. Juan was our salesperson and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Tony was the supervisor for our job and he kept us informed and kept the crew moving. Great job!

I have been very satisfied with this company in the roof replacement project that just finished.
They kept their promises as far as when they were going to start the project, how long it was going to take.
I also liked that their proposal and later the contract was very specific, everything in writing, with pictures of my house from above. They showed me samples of the materials that were going to be used as well as for me to make the choices of the tiles.
During the time the project was going on , the project manager , Tony Duen , will come every day and sometimes more than once, he was always available on the phone, and took care of anything I would ask or bring to his attention in a very efficient and professional manner.
I will definitely recommend this company .

I discovered a roof leak in June during the few days where it seemed it would never stop raining. I had previously used Istueta roofing a few years ago and noted they were responsive and prompt. On this occasion, they did not fail me. Within a couple of days, they were able to evaluate the area and shortly after the rains subsided, the repairs began. Courteous, responsive personnel were able to contact me on various occasions and answer my questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend Istueta roofing for the professional work in an expedient manner.

I'm so happy with the work that Istueta Roofing did on the roof of my house. From the first interview that I had with Rey, the Project Manager, he answered all my questions and doubts because he explained all the project steps to me. That made me feel confident that my roof would be installed properly and with quality.

The craftsmanship team was very responsible, they arrived on time, and every day they cleaned my property and even my neighbors' area.

They were very respectful and worked very well. For the great experience I had, I will recommend Istueta Roofing to my family and friends.

This company is taking advantage of Hurricane Irma victims and price gauging their customers. I like many others had roof tile damage and called Istueta thinking they would treat me fairly. To my surprise, the written quote came back twice as expensive as the one they verbally provided after inspecting my roof. To make matters worse, they charged my $250 just to get an outrageous quote. A few emails later and phone calls and they refuse to do whats right. You have all been warned.

Unfortunately taking advantage of Hurricane victims is a terrible thing. I was floored by them telling me they are charging $350 dollars for an estimate that is a lot of money for an estimate. A more nominal cost would've been more acceptable. Just another company taking advantage of consumers.

Istueta made a proposal that unfortunately was not as competitive as other companies. In the future, it could be beneficial to perhaps communicate to the costumer, that the company will make an attempt to determine if there's anything that can be considered. I would not recommend using this company because of their lack of responsiveness. Salesman tactics were poor lack of communication.

Istueta made a proposal that unfortunately was not as competitive as other companies. In the future, it could be beneficial to perhaps communicate to the costumer, that the company will make an attempt to determine if there's anything that can be considered. In the positive side, the product was presented very well, salesman was well versed in the roofing industry.

We had Istueta Roofing do our roof about seven years ago. After about 5 years we started to have leaks and after researching the issue found that we had chosen a shingle product from the Atlas corporation that had a defect in it's manufacturing. After a lot of paper work we received some partial compensation from Atlas and Istueta worked with us regarding the redoing of our work even though they were not directly responsible. Although we have spent more than wanted to we are glad that we are going with a company that didn't leave us in the dust and made an effort to assist us with our particular situation.
