Had a really great day with a mix of adults and older kids meandering through the corn maze. Plan to come back and roll in the barrels! Great atmosphere where customer service is obviously a priority.
Both my kids and I had a great time. The staff was friendly. It wasn’t expensive. We got the combo bands.
Great place for the family, fall has fun activities for the kids, and a hat ride and pumpkin patch for all to enjoy. Food is a decent price to grab a quick lunch if you're staying for the day. The ice cream is on point, and during strawberry season you can come back for buckets of em. The music on the weekends is always pleasant as well.
Awesome place!!! Hayride, corn maze, play area, 2 BIG tube slides, and large trampoline like jumping area!! Our EC class had a fantastic experience! ! Staff extremely friendly and helpful!! Thank you Gross Farms for a fun day, we will definitely be back next year! !!
Absolutely adorable!!! My family and I went today. To be honest I wasn't expecting much but it was so so cute! My three year old was in heaven!! Everything was so clean and all the staff were very nice. Will be back.
Not to far a drivefor fresh vegetablesgreat farm atmospherecorn maze and hayrides in the fall!!!
Love this place, especially in the fall. Prices are good and staff is great!
The young ladies were really nice and helpful. My son was curious about the heirlloom and german tomatoes, and 1 of them explained the differences besides the colors and shapes. We purchased a couple of each to try.
Very sweet young ladies were there (3 of them), all very helpful and genuinely very friendly. Even had me book to get some peas when they're in season and recommended their dips and veggies.
Really great strawberries, sooooo sweet.
They also have peas; a good variety of different types grown there and available shelled or not. They also had squash, onion, and a wide variety of jellies, jams (some with Moonshine 😉), Salas, and dips. (Even corn in the right part of the season)
They have a really large area for picking and the berries are well spaced and the rows are long. So even with others there no one bumps into anyone and there's lost of room. It wasn't even overly busy. Really easy picking. Absolutely delicious.
$10 to fill a bucket or they have some prepicked at the counter.
I'm being a nitpick, they were out of water. (😂 Such a small thing)
Apart from that, totally absolutely excellent.
I have been here many time for food and to the pumpkin patch every year for over 8 years. I was upset when I drove across town for customer appreciation day (after I called to be sure it was still going on) to find they were sold out Its a strawberry farm how do you run out of the "customer appreciation day" sale on strawberries? I wish they would have told me on the phone or tried to make it right. They had strawberries but I have to pay full price. I was never told they were sorry or anything. I always buy local but this really hurt my feelings! I should have called and complained but I don't want to be the annoying person who is just trying to get something free. I just felt they could have done more. These were young girls working though and not the owners
Best strawberries in the world!
A nice family owned farm with a play area, corn maze, and hayride in the fall.
The corn maze was fun, but the corn was dried out. They seem a little overpriced. If you did not get the combo, the kids were unable to go on the playground. You would have to pay $16 even if you did not want to do the hay ride. We were disappointed this year.
If you like waiting more than 40 minutes with screaming kids in a line waiting to enter an overpriced corn maze, this might be for you. Overcrowded.
My husband and I visited this past weekend and we were extremely disappointed. We decided to do the corn maze, and it would be the first time for both of us. The corn was so thin, falling over, and at some points wasn't even up to our knees. We could see over the it, and at one point counted 15 groups we could easily see walking. We were expecting a thick, challenging maze. Instead we made it through without a map in 25 minutes. The pumpkin patch was completely rotten. We searched for over 30 minutes and finally settled on two pumpkins simply because we wanted the experience. The ice cream area was dirty, with litter everywhere, and no napkins in any of the holders. However, my husband enjoyed the ice cream itself. It was a very family oriented place, which was refreshing but overall we were disappointed with our experience.
