My husband and I spent the weekend at Inn & Spa at Loretto with our niece to celebrate her 15th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make my niece feel extra special and to personalize her stay. You seriously could not pick a better hotel in the Santa Fe area. The comfort of the bed, the quality of the room, the kindness of the staff and their desire to make sure you have a perfect stay even a late night call for more firewood was met with an enthusiastic "we will be right there!" which was so appreciated. We love this hotel!

The spa was amazing!! BUT Nothing seemed to go right with the room. Keys didn’t work we had to stand outside our room in robes after the spa and the hallway was freezing. The suit we had had such a small tub I could take a bath after the spa and my husband who is 6’2 barely fit in the shower the ceiling was so low. We had dinner in the room with no table, no microwave. We had to bring in the table from the patio. We ordered a sweetheart package and didn’t get it until way later. It says you get strawberries but we got package chocolates. The staff was amazing and they tried to help but it was one thing after another.

We stayed for a night on a weekend getaway to New Mexico in October. Our room was gorgeous - it was a room with a terrace and had a beautiful view over Santa Fe, with a comfy king sized bed and lots of seating. The hotel has excellent location, walking distance to all the local restaurants and galleries in downtown Santa Fe. The lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Loretto Inn & Spa was perfect from beginning to end. The customer service was above and beyond. The General Manager, Hal, was a treasure and took the time to know each guest not only by name, but about them. The personal attention he gave to every guest was truly special. The location was wonderful, hotel was lovely and authentic Santa Fe. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious with a beautiful atmosphere. The Spa and staff were amazing. I hope to return very soon. Well done!

Wow. This hotel is absolutely incredible in too many ways to count! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the pool area is impeccably maintained and such a relaxing environment. The service is BEYOND great and so welcoming. The people at reception provided us with some phenomenal recommendations for restaurants nearby and everything we tried was so good! The location of this hotel is ideal and close to so many cute galleries, wonderful restaurants and the plaza! This hotel is truly the best in all of Santa Fe- my boyfriend and I had the most relaxing weekend we could’ve ever had and are currently planning our return for next weekend! Stay here- you won’t regret it!

The hotel staff deserves 5 stars. The presentation of the rooms online is poor. The staff openly admits the room pictures on the website are misleading. If it wasn't for the staff this place would get 3 stars. I was here for a getaway weekend without too much planned so the (upgraded room we paid for) was underwhelming on arrival. The manager moved us to a room that had a functioning fireplace and improved view promptly. The staff made the difference. Not sure I would stay here again given there are a lot of options in the area.

Perfect location! Great service and wonderful santa fe reception at all times. Balcony is spacious and relaxing. Can hear the beautiful cathedral bells. Luminaria restaurant is amazing and the living room near front desk has great apps and drinks.

Great views of the mountains. Beatifully designed building. Rooms well appointed and very comfortable beds. A nice bar and fireplace in the "living room" area off the lobby.

Extremely conveniently located in downtown Santa Fe near the plaza. Easy walking to shopping and food. Has a bar and a restaurant and shopping. Rooms were nice. Staff was very accommodating. Valet parking only.

Room was first class, not sure about other comments about being outdated. Awesome bar area with great food and entertainment. Nice fireplace, all in all a great place.

The quiet setting with relaxing balcony with a view of the mountains was the needed prescription. Walking distance to the square meant no need to drive anywhere. Loved it!

Fabulous hotel and spa. They were nice enough to park our 16 ft moving truck for us while we stayed there. They have a nice pool, good food, interesting shops, and comfy rooms. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. They gave us the Texas discount since we were passing thru on our move to Texas. The hotel is conveniently located right in the midst of restaurants and galleries, yet at the same time is a quiet oasis. You can walk everywhere from this location.

Nice facility and convenient location. Room was quite and clerk very formal. There is only valet parking but I personally like to be able to get and park my car by myself. I understand that this is by the Plaza which makes it more difficult

The Inn and Spa at Loretto has been a reluctant favorite of ours. Beautiful property, great location. We got married there in 2014 and have been back a number of times despite annoying missteps and rough treatment along the way. Everyone has a bad day once in a while right?

This trip we arrived from Dallas Love and upon check-in gruffly told our room had been given to a convention of "Texas Lawyers" staying at the hotel. We were offered a room at a "sister" hotel. Never mind we were here for Father's day with family.

OUCHThat one hurt! A new low in a now too long list of lows.

Stay at the Anasazi instead.

Terrific bar, comfortable seating, lovely pool view. Great place to meet friends, not noises. Live the restaurant for dinner or lunch. Wonderful atmosphere-fireplace inside in winter, gorgeous deck outside in summer. Spa is fabulous!! Free valet parking!
