Super hotel in a great location. Easy walk to shopping square and food. Room, staff and amenities were all excellent. Choose this hotel with confidence.

This Place was great! The staff was extremely friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is walking distance from the a bunch of restaurants. My room had a great view of the mountains! They also sent mailed us a guide book for the city, about a week before our stay! truly a great hotel.

We go here for food all the time and it's consistently good. We stayed here on our wedding night as did many of our guests. No complaints, only happy people.

Very nice hotel and spa. Staff helpful and courteous. Great location and easy walk to plaza and downtown area. Only compliant, hidden resort fee of $25 a day. Be aware of that when booking.

The stay was very good. Favorite part was being able to text my request and getting a response instantly. During this weekend the downside was the AC was down the whole stay. But they were happy to reimburse us food or spa we may have paid us. Great customer service Would definitely come again.

Stayed for a conference, the hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They offer a text message system for requests which is a nice feature I haven't experienced before. Service in the Agave Lounge is great, with good food and drinks and local advice. Pool and hot tub on the rooftop deck offer a good spot for watching the sunset. Room was a good size with comfortable bedding, clean and well appointed.

We stayed at this hotel in September, 2017. This hotel has a good location and the staff are nice but the rooms need to be updated. We had to move around the first night because the rooms they wanted us to take had lots of issues. The room we finally settled for did not look like the pictures on their internet site (windows broken, old furniture, old beds, loud air conditioners). If you book here demand a room that has been recently updated. For the price there are much better options in Santa Fe.

We had an entirely satisfactory room with king bed - think it had been remodeled. View toward the plaza. Very helpful front desk staff and valets. Minimal wait elevators. Good location away from the central noise, but walkable (5 mins) to anything. Good conference management.

This place is amazing. All of the staff members are super friendly, the rooms are always clean and there is great turndown service with little chocolates everyday. I believe most of the rooms have fireplaces with amazing views of the mountains. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Santa Fe

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of old town Santa Fe. Nice rooms, friendly staff, beautiful lonnu. Didn't try the restaurant, wish I did. Loved the valet included in the price of the room. Definitely would stay there again in the future

Hotel is showing its age. Needs makeover. Overpriced for what is offered. Lobby bar not open because is understaffed. Charges a resort fee but no lobby bar and no concierge on duty on a Saturday night! Staff is very friendly and courteous. However, maintenance request for broken windows went unattended. Windows were filthy on the inside. Curtains not properly hung. Double queen room actually only has full sized beds.

I had an amazing time. I came for my wedding. I got a massage at the spa my therapist was amazing the hotel people were super helpful. I loved the valets they were super accommodating I will be back!!

I had much higher expectations of this property. Location was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. We booked a suite and the room was in much need of repair and upgrades. The refrigerator was falling apart, the furniture was old and dated and the bathroom was extremely small. We had the two bed suite and while the beds were comfortable, they were very small. I would have expected two queen beds which would have easily fit in the very large bedroom but instead there were two full beds that could only accommodate one guest comfortably. We did enjoy a nice massage at the spa and the service there was excellent. Had a nice dinner at The old house and again the staff and service were very good. Unfortunate that the rooms were in such disrepair and need of an upgrade because the staff and service were very good. I would not stay at this property again and would not recommend it to a friend or colleague.

The Hotel is in a great location you can walk to the park to downtown stores, the movie theater that is next block. We rented a car and we only used it a couple of times but most of the time we just walked all over. As far as the Hotel, it is clean and we were treated well. The room was also clean and kept clean for our stay. The room had a view of the city and we enjoyed every minute of it. They have a small outdoor pool on the roof , a Jacuzzi and a small space to enjoy a book or just relax. The overall stay was pleasurable, will stay here again.
