Elegant, austere to the point of monastic. This historic hotel is beautifully maintained. As in most historic hotels the rooms are small but well appointed. Excellent location in the center of Santa Fe. My favorite hotel here. Try the sage smoked margarita, sit outside and watch the world walk by.

5 Stars! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. We were welcomed with a chocolate cake, champagne and a sweet card! Since we’re both vegan, they went above and beyond to get us a vegan cake. Plus, the hotel is so romantic and walking distance to everything. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Lovely hotel! Great service and homey vibe. Our housekeeper Anna Marie was delightful. Seeing her warm smile and receiving her thoughtful greeting first thing in the morning started the day off well. Janel at the front desk was likewise delightful. \Would strongly recommend.

This hotel was so beautiful! We were also able to bring our furry friends with us which was great accommodations :) great smelling soaps, shampoos, etc and amazingly soft and comfortable sheets and bed. Wonderful customer service. The hotel is in a very nice area; so many dining options, art galleries and recreation nearby. I would highly recommend it!

There are so many good things to say about this hotel! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and centrally located in downtown Santa Fe. I really enjoyed the monastic vibe of the room itself and the bed was very comfortable. The room was on the small side, but more than enough for two people. I felt so incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived at the front desk. Janel is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I know I'll return the next time I'm in Santa Fe!

My wife and I have always loved this hotel. Beautiful historic buildingThe lobby, patios, restaurant and bar are amazing. The staff have always been friendly and courteous, and it is in an excellent location. Most recently, we had our wedding and reception in the courtyard of and dining room of the Tabla de Los Santos restaurant on the property. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of David Stone, our wedding coordinator. From start to finish he went above and beyond to insure that our day was perfect. The St. Francis is a great place to stay, and if you are considering an event, I cannot imagine a better option or group of people.

It’s a great hotel. It’s quite & understated with amazing decor that would make Saint Francis proud! It’s right in town & has all the important amenities or easy access to whatever else you may want or need.

Beautiful building. Great staff. The room was a little small, but very cozy and clean. The bar was great. Delicious margaritas! Perfect location to walk anywhere in town.

This landmark hotel is in walking distance of historical Santa Fe and the NM Railrunner. The staff was professional, yet personable; they start a one-on-one relationship with you before checking in! My room was cozy and had all the comforts and amenities I needed. As a member of Heritage Hotels and Resorts,, you have access to their sister properties, within walking distance or free shuttle. We will be returning!

I love this hotel. It's historic and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is awesome! Manager Abraham was on top of everything and Janel, Avery and the front desk staff took great care of us while we visited. Beds were fabulous, linens top notch, towels are soft and service was always impeccable. Thank you for making our stay great! Will be back!

I absolutely loved the charm, decor and atmosphere of this hotel. Very friendly staff, walking distance to all things downtown. Best of all, is that you can drink a bottle of wine on their front steps with your loved one and watch all the passersby. WILL BE BACK!!!!

Such a nice hotel and in a great location! The room is a little small, but get your butt out there! The bed is cozy and the bathroom I'd clean and nice. It's walking distance to everything in downtown Santa Fe and the staff is super helpful!

The building has some history and looks nice, as does the lobby and the hallway. But the room was super noisy. You could here the people partying on the patio until late and people passing in the hallway talking really loud. The quality of the tv was barely watchable. Good location but way to expensive for the quality and noise of the room and bathroom. Good bed though.

Loved staying at this hotel! All staff members were extremely courteous and helpful. We had a deluxe room and the space was huge! The view of the mountains was absolutely gorgeous as was the interior of this hotel. I would highly recommend staying here!

Hotel St. Francis is a gorgeous and historical building right in the heart of Santa Fe. Just steps away from downtown shops and restaurants, it's perfectly located. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful (especially Joseph at the front desk). When I accidentally left my Kindle in the room, he ran out to our car to let me know and return it! The rooms are clean and lovely. Since it's a historic building, it's unusual and not your typical hotel (which is a good thing, in my humble opinion). We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire in the lobby. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
