We stayed in the Sweetheart Suite and purchased the Wedding package. Our room was clean and had a romantic ambience. We loved all of the mirrors, how big and deep the hot tub was, and the dual shower heads in the shower room. The heater in the bathroom is a nice touch as well as the complimentary firewood. The room is very spacious and the private entrance is nice as you can’t hear people in other rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaints would be that the fitted sheets didn’t stay on the mattress well and underneath the clean sheets, the mattress looked gross. Also, I wish there were more full-size towels in the room since there is a hot tub, as well as towel hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels on. (Just a tip for anyone else staying here as we weren’t familiar with the whirlpool tubs and after getting out, it started making noises. We kept thinking we left it on by mistake but I guess it’s just drying the jets, just let it do its thing, pressing buttons just delays it.)

My first room, the black and gold room was completely disappointing there was black mold on the ceiling and in the restroom my wife could barely breathe. We walked into the room to put our things in it and left to go eat and shop. Got back looked through the room it was horrible tried to get a refund she said we were there to long and couldnt get one.The carpet was extremely worn out. The bed felt like it was going to fall down. Switched room to the Asian room it was alittle better no mold but there was a smell. Not as bad. The carpet was still stained bad. We stayed cause I didn't want to deal with it anymore.the rooms are not worth what i paid .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY HERE.

This used to be a nice place for a romantic night. Positive: the jacuzzi is nice.
Negative:
Dirty carpet, and linen, bad smell of mold, the health department really need to come in. Why in 2022 do you still have carpet and anything besides white linen sheets and comforter. To sum it up stay home this place is disgusting

We were only in our room for about 20 mins before I had an asthma attack due to the lingering smoke odor in the room. The front desk employees were great and offered us a full refund.
The room was dirty and stuffy. Extremely outdated. I definitely do not recommend

I spent my third year anniversary with my partner here. They Rose package was awesome. They had roses from the door in heart shapes all way on the bed and on the bed with Dove chocolates. The jacuzzi was a great size for four although they'll only allow two guests per room. The shower was a huge two-headed shower. We really enjoyed ourselves and theme of the room we purchased was a cave room.
