Never stayed but the lady was very rude when we inquired about a long term stay. My husband had explained that he was working in the area as part of disaster recovery and needed a long term spot. She was “well if you want a long term stay, you have to call us long in advance”. Felt like saying “well lady, if we could predict where the next disaster was gonna be long in advance we would be rich enough to rent a luxurious condo for our stays!” but my husband has better people skills than she does and he didn’t. Then he asked her if she could put his name on a cancellation list and her response was “oh God no, we can’t keep track of everyone that wants a spot here”. Yes indeed, she was a real people person.. NOT!!!

Now gated. Used to be a great overnight park
Now mostly seasonals. Price has gone up significantly. Still cash only and now they charge tax. Need to find another place to stay next time.

This place is basically a gated community that doesn't accept tents or camper vans, you have to have a mega RV. I'm only giving it 2 stars as the lady in the office was very polite and gave us directions to a very friendly place 3 miles down the road.

Clean, paved roads and sites, all sites with grass areas and tables. No pool or facilities for kids. Great for overnight or few day stay to see area sites.

I stayed there for about 9 months. Smaller, quiet park with paved roads and sites. Not much shade, but also no branches, pine cones, etc falling onto the RV. Facilities are very neat and clean. Service is prompt when something needs to be fixed. You can hear the traffic from I-95, but it's not intrusive. The park is close to fast food, a grocery store, seafood restaurants, and more. Very good monthly rates.

Nice place, close to I95. We broke down with a transmission problem in our motorhome. Got towed to this campground off the interstate. Stressful.
Boss lady in office not very helpful despite our distress, gets upset because tow truck driver did not stop at her stop sign.
After spending the night we asked to move camper to storage area while waiting for tow truck to get us to mechanic, but are told no storage area. Some boats and trailers are however obviously stored in back.
Tow truck shows up after check out time so we get charged another night.
Cash only, no receipt for the extra night. 2 night stay but charged for 3.
Still a nice, reasonable priced place

Seems to be a nice park, and described as family friendly. But after calling and seeking a reservation was told they do not allow children to stay monthly. So does not seem very family friendly if u ask me!!

Nice people, second time we've stopped here for a night. Beautiful place. Clean and well kept. Cable, 50 amp, good water pressure, paved streets and sites. Cash only, so come prepared. Prices are very good.
