Wow. They booked my massage appointment, last week, for today. I showed up and Lo and Behold, THEY ARE CLOSED!! No call, no wonder since I was using a gift certificate that my husband gave me. They got the $250 and I got zip.
Nice way to do business INFINITY.

A spa experience is supposed to be a stress free experience. Visit this business if you don't have enough stress in your life. Very impersonal staff.

Like some others here, I too am baffled by the negative reviews. I purchased a Groupon for an aromatherapy/deep-tissue massage and it was just an amazing way to end the stressful work week. Robin was kind, Justine was an excellent massage therapist, and I felt totally pampered. I'd recommend this place to others and I even bought an early Christmas gift to use the same service I had!

Never buy a group on from them. Receptionist really rude trying to make appointment. Was condescending on the phone. Talks about the "rules of group on" on how I couldn't make an appointment after the expiration date and still be honored the group on. Go to the group on website and it states right on there as long as you schedule the appointment before the expiration date the company should honor your group on.

I'm taken aback by the bad reviews because my fiance and I have been there twice for couples massages and they are the best we've ever experienced. The owner is polite and welcoming and the therapists are very highly recommended. I had my second prenatal massage there. The first, at another spa, was horrible. At Infinity, it was absolutely wonderful. Yes, I do think they are too high priced. But you do get a great massage there. I'd rather pay more to get a great massage than less to feel worse than I left, like at the other place we went.

It's a shame that the owner is a HUGE B*TCH. She is extremely rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. She will make you know that you are wrong and make you feel like a fool. It's a shame cause after getting hundreds of massages over the years, Beckie was the best I have had yet and the spa was amazing. Until that owner is gone, I will not be going back.
