This Leonas used to be really good years ago. Service and food quality have gone downhill. I rarely come here anymore. However, the bread is delicious! Drinks here are terriblebe warned.

what a great experience!! jackie was amazing! there stuffed crust pizza was to die for, along with the bruschetta and moscato! i will definitely be back! great service! this is a place everyone must check out for themselves!

Their Pizza used to be good. I don't know why they changed it. The worst pizza I've ever had, period. I ordered the Margherita Pizza and it looked like a 7 year old put it together. The tomato slices were from a unripen tomato and thickly sliced. It hardly had any fresh mozzarella Cheese. And the fresh cheese it had, it had a freezer taste to it.

The terrible thing is, when I first moved to Des Plaines in 2013, Leona's was a destination restaurant. Under new management, though, it's become merely passable. Tiramisu will regularly be served half-frozen, and delivery orders are completely wrong the vast majority of the time. There's better places to go.

I haven't been inside of Leona's, in over 15 years, and Friday night, i ventured back inside of Leona's, for some mouth-watering satisfaction, and they didn't let me down..2 fried catfish fillets, fries, spaghetti with marinara sauce, and a cold glass of strawberry lemonade. I put a hurtin' and that tasty food and the waitress did her job to perfection. BTW.i thought the waitress was Latinbut, she was actually Russiani'll be damn.

I like the food, that's not the problem. The problem was the horrible service and the horrible staff. When I would dine-in, the food would take 30-45 minutes to make (which I guess isn't terrible if the place was crowded, but we were the only ones there!clearly I can see why). We even tried ordering online hoping for a better outcomethat didn't happen. They never let us know when our food was ready and when we got to the restaurant (empty again) the woman who was up front had a horrible attitude (like many of the workers there). Unless you're dying to come here, I suggest you find another place to eat to avoid these people who clearly hate their job and those who come to eat at it. I hope they have another location close enough to go to (hopefully owned by different people) .
