Do NOT EVER rent from this place. We arrived to move into our storage unit and couldn't complete our reservation at the Kiosk. Called for help 5+ times and no one ever called us back. We also happened to see the owners of the unit that was confirmed as my unit and it was occupied. We received no help and the Kiosk also ate $220 dollars cash and still errored out. Had to find another storage facility open on the weekend to take all of out stuff. WORST experience ever!

Been a customer for 8+years

Great rates in the beginning, now it seems they keep jacking them up every 6 months.

Took them 3 months to replace a light bulb in a dark hallway with multiple requests to do so.

Great location, but beware, rental fees will keep going up! Was annually, now seminannually so it is appearing!!

I have rented in Nora one large unit from May 2016 to November 2016 and a small unit from December 2016 to January 2017. I was extremely satisfied with this place. It is cool in the summer, warm in the winter, clean, bright at all times, safe and accessible at any hour. There is a large selection of unit sizes available immediately. I warmly recommend it to anybody.

I recently rented storage Infinite Self Storage Nora. It was a great experience during a difficult time. The Property Manager was of great assistance in helping to secure a unit storage for my elderly parents. She also provided us with the name of a moving company who also provided excellent service. I would recommend this storage facility.

This location was horrible. The service is poor and when I removed my items from the unit they were covered in black and white mold spores! The items had to be professionally cleaned and all they could tell me was that they didn't have any reports of a leak near my unit so it wasn't their fault!! They mixed up the move out date and denied me access to my belongings for over an hour and when I went to remove them, that is what I came across. Don't waste your money on this location, 100% money back guarantee my backside!
