We went here today to see a 2007 RV and really liked it. Even made a deposit on it and gave them a list of questions. We went home so excited! Can't wait to see how this deal turns out!
12/8 UPDATE They won't fix anything or even put a battery in it so we can see the slide out. Don't buy a camper here!!!

I just bought a pre-owned boat from Just Add Water Boats in Indianapolis and the experience couldn't have been any better. The staff there is amazing. JB, the owner is hands on and there to answer any questions you may have. His door is always open. My salesman, Troy was a super great guy. Not pushy at all and very honest. In fact, he found a discrepancy on some paperwork for the reported hours on the motor of a boat I was looking at. He brought it to JB's attention and not only did they totally steer me away from that boat, but JB immediately had it taken it off the sales floor saying he would not sell that boat to any customer. I thought that was really impressive. Shows their high level of integrity. Most dealers just want to sell you something. I felt like Troy and JB were really there to help me find the right boat at a fair price.

And it didn't stop there. it just felt like the entire staff was there to make purchasing my boat a great experience. From Sydni at reception, to Steve in finance, Rowdy in parts and Joe, Ryan & Kyle in service, everyone just went that extra mile to make sure I got the right boat. This was the first boat I'd ever purchased so I had lots of questions maybe more than most boat buyers, but I never felt like it was annoying or a burden for any of them to take the time to go over every detail with me. Nicest guys in the world.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I thought the service I received at Just Add Water Boats was so exceptional that I just had to let others know. I got a really good boat at a very fair price. I would definitely check them out of you are in the market for a new or used boat (they sell both :-)

I have an older boat with a 5.7L Volvo-Penta engine. Had a very hard time finding someone willing to work on it. Took it to one shop and they charged me $1600 and couldn't fix it. Took it to JAWB and they figured out what was wrong with it, found things the other shop did wrong, gave me a complete write up of what was done and what was wrong and helped me out a ton with the diagnostics! I can't say enough good things about the entire service dept. here! They had my boat for 3 days and did more than the other shop did in 4 months! Keep in mind when you are looking for a shop to work on your boat, sometimes it takes putting the boat on the water and under a load to replicate the problem you are having, JAWB can do that on their private lake but other shops can't do that.

If you are looking for parts to work on your own boat they have a huge selection of parts on hand and if they don't have it they can order it for you. They also have watersports equipment in the store you can pick up while you are there. Want a new tube, stop in and pick one up. Need a prop, oil, filter, lights, wiring, or just about any other piece, part or toy? Just stop in there and pick it up.

Looking for a new or used boat? They have plenty in stock of both.

I honestly don't have anything to do with JAWB but they have helped me out tremendously so I figured I would share my experience.

We bought a used boat for $17,000.00. I was looking in showroom and had to ask for a sales person. Took boat home and first time we used it the power steering went out. Took boat back and it was fixed under warranty. The very next time we used the boat the power steering went out again, and again was fixed under warranty. Dropped boat off in September and asked them to inspect the hull which had pieces popping out of the hull itself, and this happened with less than 20 hours on boat. They were able to get back to me in May with an answer that it would be $4000.00 to fix it. They said they could save me a little money by pawning it off on some who does a much lower quality of job. That was after trying to reach them by phone where it was very hard to get a return phone call. They saved me $300.00. They threw in a trailer lock when I purchased the boat. That broke off on the trailer in 2 months. We also bought a large inflatable tube( approximately 300.00) that was unable to hold air for one day of boating, thus making 100% of all purchases, large and small, 100% defective. Thanks Just add Water for teaching me how to make lemonade.

Called the service dept ahead of time to make sure that they would work on my 1990 Stratos. I was assured that they would and that they could even test drive it in the small lake in the front of the facility. I drove 60 miles only to be turned away by a rude service man who stated that the motor was too old and they would not work on it. No apologies, nothing.

Kept getting told they would call the next day and the next day one thing after another turns out I got approved for a loan on a boat that wasn't even available. Bunch of lazy salesman.

We did end up purchasing our boat here, but not without difficulty. No one would return our calls and when we selected a used boat they took it in to check it out for any needed repairs, telling us it would be ready by the weekend. It was not and we were not informed until we called THEM to ask about the status. We finally picked our boat up about a week and half after buying it. During the signing process we told them of our new address and were assured the title would be mailed to us at our new home. They mailed it to our old address. I just don't believe they are much concerned with good customer service and follow up is definitely not one of their priorities.

Me and my fiance were looking for our first boat and came across one at just add water. We went to look at the boat on a Saturday and it was what we had been looking for. The gentleman over at the warehouse was very knowledgeable and helped us out so much (Kevin ), We setup an appointment to come back and test drive it the next weekend and Ryan took us out for our first run on the boat, He was also very knowledgeable and helpful, So we took ownership that day as proud boat owners with Troy as our salesman. Great job from all the staff at your place..
