Modi greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions about the menu. She was very patient and kind and served my order in the most courteous manner. Would definitely recommend to friends especially because all thanks to Modi!!

I really like their ice milk drink with caramel pudding and honey boba (#2). Boba was soft and sweet. I got 75% sugar, came out still pretty sweet but good. Great prices for their milk tea. $10 minimum credit card. I think the ice milk drinks are like dessert, so come here for dessert!

Great selections of everything. Very crowded. I was a regular at Tapioca Express, now this is my regular. Better drink, better food, better prices. No immature kids.

Pretty good tea and bobs place. Had some unique stuff on the menu, like Hokkaido Milk Tea and more.

Their selection of tea was extensive and varied. Creative design and ambiance. Interestingly, they use a sweetness level so that one can decide just how sweet they want their tea. The only reason I give the shop a 4 is because of the uneven cook on the boba. Most were well cooked; However, some were well undercooked, even close to raw. Regardless, I am sure to return.

Drinks are delicious. Giving 2 stars due to false advertisement. Big sign in front about a lunch special which will include a free drink. Ordered food and then told that the special is only available Mon-Fri which is not stated ANYWHERE on the sign or in store.

Good food good service. They made my friend's (75% sugar level) drink too sweet But mine at 50% was just great.
