This place is quite nice. Staff is friendly, although they get confused and brought twice the wrong order, but that didn't bother us. The rice used for the sushi isn't really the super sticky one but they fill the rolls with fish etc so no problemo. Lovely choices, in particular the wasabi roll almost got our heads numb from the spicy levels. Inside atmosphere is nice as well. Overall great experience.

Ahhh, Love Boat did it again. First they changed the standard Love Boat sushi to "Big Bang". after they heard the feedback that the customers didn't like it, they changed it back (YAY!!!). Now they changed it to Love Boat Express, cut the menu WAY DOWN, eliminated some of the all time favorites. You now need to go up to the bar to order. I'm a huge Love Boat fan PLEASE change it back to the standard Love Boat, and add all the favorites back to the menu.

    Signed,
Not a fan of the new format.

I came for lunch for the first time with a friend last week. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was. Our female server was friendly and efficient. The edamame was warm and tasty and the miso soup was served hot and flavorful. Most sushi restaurants that I've been to always serve lukewarm miso soup, which is not good.

We ordered veggie tempura, baked green mussels and a sashimi combo along with a sunshine roll. Everything was fresh and tasty! We will definitely be back!

Sushi is good quality and prices are reasonable. They just switched over to an express concept so it isn't tables side dining but rather order at counter and grab your supplies. They are now offering poke bowls and have eliminated several of their rolls. No more french kiss!! Bad idea. NO more fresh wasabi.bad idea.
The bowls were 10.95 and had a ton of fish and flavor. Better value than their 10.95 rolls.
A little sad to see the "sushi bar" gone. Hope they continue with their good music and sing for people's birthdays.
