They have a decent cheeseburger and fries for 8.50 and nice patio seating ☀️

My son and I went for late lunch on a Saturday. We were sat quickly and given drinks. However, the ladies sat quite a while after us were served first, apparently they were regulars. The prices were very reasonable. The corned beef was a little over-cooked and fatty, but the Ruben was still tasty. My son had a chicken Caesar salad wrap and he loved it. There is a small parking lot behind, but street parking is available on the side street.

Wonderful friendly staff. The food is always perfectly fresh, beautifully presented, and best of all, delicious. I had the artichoke chicken sausage omelette with gluten-free toast and fresh fruit. We are happy regulars.

Food was WONDERFUL. Will be definitely be coming back here during my week of vacation. Great service,early morning hours,fresh food,friendly staffJust amazing! Carlsbad inn food sucked and over priced. This place was worth the walk!

Welcomed to the restaurant nicely. Food was Excellent and relatively inexpensive for a vacation area. Indoor or outdoor dining. Clean bathrooms. I was thanked for coming as I left. I'd be happy to go back.

Great food and great service!! I had a delicious smoothie, pancake, scrambled eggs with salsa and two bacon strips. To top it off I met three very special spirit-filled Christians there whom I shared miracles that Jesus has done in my life. Together we prayed prophetic prayers of blessings of God's provision in our lives. And I prayed for God's richest blessings and prosperity for Swami's Cafe, its owners and employees!!

We are Carlsbad locals and this is our favorite go-to brunch spot in town. The food options range from pancakes and various egg dishes to tacos and amazing cheeseburger great salads in the list goes on.
The staff is friendly and attentive and you get to eat right on the 101.
No Reservations just put your name on the list when you arrive and you'll be seated in a matter of minutes most times of the day well worth the wait even if you have one.response / report this review -

The Swami's across San Diego county are all consistently good. I just was there on a June gloom rainy day and sat outside. That was no fun. 🌧️

Like many restaurants in Carlsbad the vibe is nice & chill. Food choices are more varied than their healthy food reputation suggests. A pounds-packing hamburger is on the menu as well as some other meaty sandwiches.
I ordered a cup of the Indian Curry Soup. I had some expectations as to the flavors I might experience, but there was something odd tasting in the soupdidn't compliment the usual Indian curry flavors I'm accustomed to and I wouldn't order it again.
My grilled chicken sandwich was out of this world. It was a huge grilled breast with chilies that infused some welcome zing into the old standard grilled chicken sandwich on a burger bun.response / report this review
