Amazing shop. Beautiful store. Clean and well organized. Very knowledgeable staff. I know nothing about bicycles and they were very patient and kind. They fixed my bike while I waited and showed me the problem and explained it to me. The price was very reasonable.

Friendly, professional, fast service. I got my tire and seat changed, in less than a half hour! The guy came out to my car helped me get it into the shop as well as delivered it back to my car and helped me maneuver it back into my car.

I love Inertia Cycleworks! They are all real and serious cyclists themselves - and that knowledge and passion for cycling shows in their work. They consistently do a fantastic job on my bike - and take the time to let me know what they're doing with it, including me in on it. They take the customer and our shared love of bikes and cycling seriously!

These guys are top notch! My favorite bike shop for any service needs and questions, for sure! I had an issue with my road bike and had someone else look at it first who quoted me $75 for the repair claiming that a new part was required to fix the issue. Without knowing this info, the guys at Inertia Cycleworks checked it out and said that it was just a simple fix and would be only about $20 estimated. When I came to pick up my bike after the repair, I actually only got charged $15 and was told that amount would be deducted from the price of a tune-up if I decided to get it done there in the future. I'm so impressed, under-promised and over-delivered. Oh, and as stated by others here, yes they are very humble, patient and knowledgeable! Just awesome! Definitely my go-to bike shop from now on.
