  My daughter has been a patient here for 13 1/2 years, literally since birth. Dr. Hobbs/Dr. Smith partners at the time came to the hospital when I delivered to do the check up on my daughter. Never in 13 1/2 years have we had any billing or appointment issues. I had a billing issue earlier this year, questioned the bill, ended up paying it anyway. I called today to be told they sent it to collections and dropped my daughter as a patient. My daughter has life threatening medical issues in which she sees specialists and Dr. Zwick for and was told "should have paid your bills!" Excuse me???? I paid my bill to you!!!! Not a collection company and never in 13 1/2 years have we ever had an issue and our bills are always paid. Then we are told a couple of phone calls later that we were mailed several notices and a notice stating she was dropped as a patient. I promise you on everything, that never happened and nothing was ever mailed to us or I would have called right then questioning why after 13 1/2 years later my daughter is being dropped as a patient!!!!
  I received ONE bill in which I called and questioned then paid. Then be told they sent to collections. So I provided proof of date and time from my bank account of it being paid (keep in mind this is a $30 bill!!) and still be told "oh well, should have paid your bills, we are a business." You have my money, I did my part. But you want to be rude and condescending to me. After reading other reviews, looks like billing is an issue with them as well!!!

  We've been going here for almost 6 years, & they are great. Dr. Hayford is a terrific doctor. He is always very thorough & makes sure to address your concerns. My daughter has been sick so much lately since starting school & he has been so great & understanding! Most definitely recommend!

  We have seen both Hayford and Zwick, they are wonderful! I am glad to have chosen them as my sons primary providers. Highly recommended!
