Very accommodating staff and good food. Rooms were okay and need a little refreshing.

It's in the right place, with the right rates, and very comfortable. The beds at the Hyatt Place are always excellent, and of course being an all-suite Hotel doesn't hurt either. The amount of room you have in these spaces is easily twice what you have in typical hotel rooms.

Great staff!!! Tyler efficiently checked us in. We went to the room and didn't like the location next to the elevators. Nick graciously switched our room twice to accommodate us. First understand it's located away from the scenic part of the city, but inside it's comfortable, inviting and enough to soothe a weary traveler without the higher price of being downtown. Nice little suite.

Not overly impressed but overall a decent and quiet hotel located close to freeway and restaurants but seemed a little outdated; the rooms are nice and spacious but couch furniture was old and it showed, bathrooms also in need of updating: bathroom fan is so noisy you couldn’t hear the TV. Speaking of TV it wad ancient and channel availability and reception was very poor which is a huge letdown, technician came but was unable to do anything, lots of analog channels and not enough hd channels, a/c unit also noisy and inneficient; pool was closed when I stayed in 90° weather? despite all that staff was very helpful and friendly, not usually what I am accustomed to seeing from Hyatt I would be willing to pay more for a more modern hotel.

Big comfy rooms. All the amenities (except valet) of 4 star hotel but priced at a 3 star hotel. The bathrooms could be updated but my room was large and convenient to the airport and my business visits. It had free parking, a pool, restaurant, bar, and 24 hour "made to order" grab and go food menu which was more than just sandwiches. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean and updated.

This hotel is beautiful. Very clean. We were in town for a tournament and didn't plan on staying the night. Was able to make last minute reservations in less than 5min. Our room was huge. Less than 20 ft away from outdoor pool. There is a bar and 24hr room svc / restaurant on site. Beyond impressed and would recommend you stay here. Great rates and absolute wonderful staff.

Very quiet hotel. It's located right by the freeway. The room is nice and quiet. The breakfast is pretty good and has many options. The staff members are very respectful and helpful

Rooms here are always clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Staff is wonderful and welcoming and it's a decent place to grab a drink or a bite after a long day of work if it's too late to go out. I've stayed here before and likely will again on my next visit to Indy.

The hotel was easy to locate. Staff treated guests with professionalism and kindness. We were given keys to someone else's room at first but that was quickly sorted out. Morning breakfast was good. Checkout was painless. I would stay there again.

This is a great hotel! Free breakfast AND A 24 hour restaurant. Really good burgers. And they make mixed drinks until 1am. My room was affordable and very large with a couch, 2 beds, fridge and microwave. I will be staying here again.

I travel regularly on business and this was by far the best place I've stayed in for the $100 price range. The attitude and service of the staff was a delight. The staff are professional, courteous and helpful. They come as truly valuing their guest, in today's culture that's rare. The rooms were clean, well kept and the bed was so comfortable.
