The staff at the Orem Ideal Image is absolutely amazing! They really make you feel comfortable and taken care of. And the treatment really works!! I have seen the best results and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you ladies!

Esther is amazing,
I'm called and reminded about my appointment every two weeks before my treatment, she is very flexible with scheduling and a delight to talk to on the phone and even more so in person !
The lead sales lady was so nice and reassuring during my initial meetings and interest in laser hair removal , I just HAD to do it!
My visits are generally very quick ( walk in walk out ) unless of course I wanna stay and chat.
The treatment itself goes by with a ZAP! I am so happy with the results ! I have an 90 % loss of black hairs under my arms after 6 treatments ! The results where immediate !!!! After the first one !
The facility is clean and easy to get to located in the Orem mall on the east side by RC Willy.
They have complimentary tea or coffee or hot cocoa in those cold winter months and nice cold bottles of water in the summer.
I've walked away with gift bags and coupons which I love !
The minimum payments are EXTREEMLY reasonable ! Especially considering the quality of body treatment, professionalism and care that are received !
You will love this location.

This place in a scam. I've had laser done before and I always see results after 1 or 2 treatments, but this place is awful. I feel like they use different settings or lasers so that you have to keep coming back and paying them to not see results. They gave me a price of $2,000 for just my chin yet they didn't even laser the parts of my chin that actually had hair, they claim that they have a guideline they have to follow and they laser specific areas whether it has hair or not, and to make things worse, after 3 treatments spaced over 6 weeks apart, the hair was exactly the same. Anyone who has ever had laser knows that the face should be spaced 4 weeks apart until the hair slows down then you space out the appointments 5 or 6 weeks apart. So I stopped paying them, blocked their payments, and their phone calls. I went over to simplicity laser and the exact same area was only $79 for 8 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart and they laser the area where there is actually hair and after 4 treatments I had 60% hair reduction. So my advice is go to simplicity and don't give ideal image a single penny.

I have had great results with the laser hair removal. I had one last treatment I had been trying get my last apt in-which has proved to be difficult with my family duties, and getting in before my skin sees the sun. I finally scheduled my last treatment. Living an hour away has it's challenges and my babysitter fell through last minute so I ended up bring my 4 year old with me. Upon arrival I explained my predicament to the 2 receptionists who didn't seem bothered at all with the situation of my son watch a show while I get my treatment. I was 10 minutes early and took him to the bathroom. The receptionist gave me something to fill out and update my situation. After I had been there 20 minutes, a 3rd lady comes out and tells me they won't be able to treat me because I am not allowed to have a kid there, in waiting room or anything. While I understand the policy and the liability reasons, I was upset the 2 receptionists said nothing about it to me, allowing me to be there 20 min. I don't know if they were embarrassed or what but I am sure they were aware of the policythey said they could reschedule-but the way they handled the situation brought me great embarrassment and I will not be going back. They have lost a client. I know I was the idiot for not asking first if I could have my son there, but letting me be there and finally saying something 20 min later is unacceptable. All they could have said was that the policy was no minors and if there were any questions refer to a manager. Bad customer treatment

I love the nurses and the atmosphere that Ideal Image has. However, I am DEEPLY disappointed on how the business portion is ran. When we first signed up, I noticed that it said only 9 treatments. This was a huge concern for me, because I was unsure if that was enough treatments to get rid of all the hair in the areas being treated. The sales person said if it wasnt enough, that there were extended treatments and I wouldn't have to pay. Well folks, they are now telling me that the woman who helped me isn't there anymore and they have to go off the contract, which is designed to make me pay more out of pocket. My suggestion is to find another place that uses the same lasers and uses nurses, but guarantees to get rid of all the hair! (By the way, there are couple places like that and they are cheaper!) Yes they have great service, but they are not backing their product. I still have hair where I was told it would be gone (and it isn't red or blond hair). Tried talking to the manager and she just kept circling back to their "lifetime membership" where I have to pay more money to have done what I originally paid to have done. Ridiculous!!!!

I love this place! So professional and offers wonderful services! I got cool sculpting done by Carrie. It was a great experience. I was worried this process would be painful and scary but it was anything but that! She helped me understand exactly what to expect and the process was quick and simple! I had my lower abdomen done and I loved it so much I'm going in today to get two more areas done! Highly recommend this place. Very satisfied customer.

This is THE BEST place ever!!! For years I've had to shave and wax and still my legs were never hair free. I've just finished my third treatment and already I see a HUGE change! My skin is smooth, I shave once every ten weeks(just to prep for my next apt), and my hair is significantly thinner! I can't wait to see what it will be like once my treatments are complete! The staff is all super sweet too! They are all so kind and friendly. I'm so glad I chose to come here!
