Very nice and clean. Wonderful view of The Greenbriar. Nice picnic area and room for dogs. There is limited truck parking. Like seven spaces, maybe.

This was the nicest welcome center I've been to in a long time! If you are passing through, take the few minutes to walk up to the overlook. It is nice to have a moment surrounded by trees and the views are nice. It was a great place to let my little one run off some energy in the middle of a long car trip.

Take a quick walk around the building to discover a short path up a hill to a scenic overlook even more stunning than the one from the parking lot. West Virginia sure knows how to show off its beauty to travelers!!

I always stop at this rest area whenever I am traveling from Roanoke. It is always impeccably clean on every trip. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to answer any question a traveller might have. The scenery in the vicinity is breathtaking since you can look down into the surrounding valleys. There are scenic overlooks a short walk away. They are well worth the the hike up the hill directly adjacent the the rest area. I always tell the staff it is the best rest area ever.

I arrived on a wonderfully damp and misty day, very pleased to see the view of the valley and mountains from the parking lot, then surprised to see a short overlook trail behind the Welcome Center building.

The welcome center was wonderful! The bathrooms were clean and many stalls! They did major renovations I remember it was smaller and the bathrooms were in the back of the building. Now it is inside and lots of brochures! The welcome lady was nice

This is one of the only official rest stops on I-64 West coming from I-81 into WV. My family has made stops here ever since I was a kid (is it silly to say this is my favorite rest stop?!) It's very clean, never have to wait, there are pamphlets about everything in WV, a snack/drink building, plus the view of the Greenbriar is beautiful and there's a trail if you need to stretch your legs or walk your dog.
