The room was immaculate the facility was so clean the staff was so professional helpful and friendly the best restful night but I ever had stay and this type of establishment keep up the great work

Great staff. Room was very clean. Only complaint was the jacuzzi tub would not stop up so I could fill the tub. While this was not the reason for the room, I did plan on using it when I saw I had one. The housekeeping lady asked how my stay was as I left the room. I explainef this too her. She said goto desk but I was leaving out the back. Without me mentioning it, she went to the desk on her own, cause I got a call from manager saying he would return my points to me. She did not have to report this for me. Very great staff!

Rooms are a bit smaller than most of the Holiday Inns I have been in, but the room was very nice and clean. The staff is excellent and breakfast very good.

Our host Jennifer was absolutely FANTASTIC. I loved her so much and she quickly and happily accomodated every last one of our needs. She was phenomenal. The complimentary breakfast was superb and the room itself was great. Fine establishment.

Ok, so the only issue I had here was a booking issue. I was supposed to have five rooms, they only gave me four and then tried to give me a roll around cot for my other two guests. This was unacceptable, but they did correct the issue after a little persuasion. The rooms were great. They were clean with fresh sheets and blankets. The room serves was fast and done correctly, the food was good and the complamentery Continental breakfast was awesome. The staff was good for the most part, minus a grumpy maid or two in the early a.m.. All in all, it was a good stay, and I would recommend them.

Nice, renovated rooms. A bit small with a king bed. Very friendly staff, clean place with a great pool, hot tub and exercise room. Very good location between Erie and Pittsburgh. I'm usually disappointed by the cost of rooms these days; this one is no exception.

The hospitality at this hotel was emaculate. The front desk workers were so helpful, all the room and hallways were clean. Lots of parking and accessibility for each independent floor..

Our stay was so comfortable! We enjoyed the popcorn and ice cream hours! Apparently they have $0.25 beer/wine/mixed drink hours during the week as well! They also have adult swim hours at the pool and hot tub so we were able to enjoy a relaxing time at the pool in the late evening. Overall, super impressed. The best HIE I've stayed at! (And I used to work at one, too). No question about it: we will be back.

We were provided with water bottle upon checkin. The room was very clean & large. Plenty of parking.. the room was quiet, and they had cheap cocktails & dinner included (we did not participate, but we were informed at checkin). We also got free ice cream in the lobby at around 10pm. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen at a hotel! Very friendly staff. Will stay again if in the area.

This was my fourth visit at Holiday Inn in Meadville! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I love their themed snack time (soup, cheese and crackers, popcorn, ice cream, etc.) in the evening, their free breakfast selection is wonderful too!
This past weekend, a group was in the hotel with kids in the range of 10-12 years old. These kids ran through the hall, yelling, slamming doors all while their adult coaches and parents did nothing to stop them. In fact some of them were yelling too but not yelling to quiet them down. The hotel staff did their job to quiet them down several times. Upon checkout when asked about my stay, I told them of the kids on my floor and across the hall. Not only did the hotel staff apologize but they discounted my room immediately. I was not looking for or expecting any discount but they stated, "you were here to sleep and rest", "we did not do our job". It's ashame the hotel feels that they were wrong and it was very generous of them to discount my room!
