(Short version: Hotel manager (Sunny) ignores promises made to guests and ignores emails even after Radisson corporate gets involved.)
EDIT 12/15: Regarding the hotel response below, all of the issues happened in the weeks AFTER the event. So their claim that the issue was due to the size of the event doesn't even make sense.
We stayed here for an event. The room was fine except for terrible water pressure due to a leaky shower valve.
The problems started at checkout. We had an order from Amazon shipped to the hotel for the event, however it was delayed in transit and did not arrive as of Sunday checkout. We asked the hotel manager (Sunny) to refuse delivery when it did arrive so it could go back to amazon for a refund. He agreed and asked us to send him an email to remind him, qhich we sent before leaving the lobby.
A week later.we check Amazon and the packages are listed as delivered and not refused. Another email is sent to the manager asked why they weren't refused and asking if they needed us to forward them the return label. No response was recieved and Amazon showed no package return.
Called corporate number and the helpful person there was surprised by the hotel manager behaviour and promised a resolution. Shortly after the hotel manager emailed us blamimg the problem on a miscommunication (despite all communication being with him directly) and asked for the return label so he could send them out.
That was a couple weeks ago, and the packages have not been sent. We sent a followup email to the manager with no response. It has been over three weeks now since our stay and the manager cares so little about customer service he can't slap a label on a box or reply to an email and is instead willing to let his guests lose money due to the hotel's laziness.

I attended a conference at the Radisson Hotel Piscataway. The ballroom was very nicely set up and the breakfast and lunch they provided were delicious. The sound system wasn't the best, but otherwise the facility was great.

Have been coming for an event here for years and the rooms have been much improved to the point they are rather comfortable to stay in. The pool is nice when not over crowded. The restaurant is decent to good which is great because food options aren't super accessible without going across the river.

This hotel is seriously the most accommodating and friendly hotel I have ever attended an event at. They bend over backwards to make sure everything goes well. My only ping on them is the bar staff didn't seem able to handle a full bar, and it shows in their quality and demeanor.

Food was great. Staff very friendly. Audio visual people should have had screen in the middle of the room as the two side screens were not enough

    Good attitude of staff
Bad location, so far to the city
Old service that the air conditioners shut down several times and give less towel as well as mug.
    Providing the breakfast same everyday

Was there for a business conference. They blasted the ac so we froze the entire event and never refilled the coffee which ran out 1/3 of the way through. Besides that was Neat and clean with a pleasant staff.

Great staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Bathroom shower fixtures are a bit old and need upgrade. Reception staff one of the friendliest.

Just looks old and run down. Even the foyer furniture is over its useful life, if you want to make a good impression on guests. Helpful staff though.

Shower/Bath drain was clogged. Water took a long time to drain away. Other than that it was fine.

Arrived for check around 715. Was given a room and told to go to door #2 to park. Men were putting tar in the parking lot and was sent back to the front with my kids. Got all kids and luggage in to our room, which was over 100 degrees. A.c. was broken in the room. Put kids in the tub because they were crying from heat and called front desk. They sent maintenance who said they fixed it. Still insanely hot. I called again an hour later because my kids were still crying from the heat. I opened the mini fridge to get some cool air in. Maintenance came back and told me it cycles with cool and hot air. I told him it was still way too hot in here, and he told me that is how it is. My husband later arrived and immediately said it was disgustingly hot in here. Hotel doesn't care. Total waste of money for a small hot room.

History comes alive. We had a very knowledgeable guide & very friendly.our focus was on how the bible played a part in shaping our history. You cannot see this place in one day, you have to return.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was neat and clean. Elevators were small but strategically located so they weren't over crowded. Restaurant prices were way high but I guess that is to be expected in a hotel.
