Went to an event here. Ballroom was clean with attentive wait staff. Food was as expected - good but not great. There was a call bar - bartender did a good job. Most people switched to the bar in the lobby as there prices were so much less. They could manage the synergies and pricing better to improve the correct experience.

Overall, I was happy with the way they handles the event.

This is a nice place to go to if you need to be here. I didn't stay at the hotel, I was there for a convention, so I can't say anything about the actual hotel amenities or staff, but the hotel itself is nice. The hallways are big so even if it's crowded there's still room Until you get deeper into the hotel. Then the hallways get really small and it's very maze-like, especially in the parking garage (which you do have to pay to use). If you're claustrophobic just be careful.

I have been at the Hyatt for many events and it's always been a great experience. The food and service is top notch. Everyone has always been extremely nice and made an extra effort to talk to customers. Just today I was there for a business meeting, waiting in the lobby and they came over to ask if I wanted coffee or water. I wasn't even staying there. Parking is the worst thing there. They have a deck and valet of course but it's not convenient. All in all this place is great. I only gave 4 stars because I've never stayed in the rooms. Only attended events.

Perfect location and amazing room, lobby and bar. It's walking distance to the Morristown Green, many restaurants and the NJ Path train. Staff was excellent. Room was superb. Lobby and lobby bar are very nice.

What a fantastic hotel, the staff are very friendly and eager to help. They helped us to find the best places to eat and we're more than accommodating. The room was beautifully set up and everything was very well placed. Our view was fantastic even from the 5th floor you could see a great deal of the city. Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable hotel in a great area with access to several nearby eateries and a Whole Foods Market 1/2 mile away.
It's quiet, has refrigerators in the room and a fully equipped gym. Great stay!

The location is wonderful, an easy walk to great restaurants and the town square. Room was clean and well appointed although the leather sitting chair was getting shabby. My only problem was the lack of a free electrical socket on either side of the bed for my cell phone and Kindle. Although there were sockets on both sides of the bed, they were both jammed full with cords to the lamps, clock radio etc so there was no room at all for me to plug in anything. I requested an expanded, they said they'd find something, but they evidently forgot about it. Fix that and they would get another star from me.

I so thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night visit. They go above and beyond what's expected. They assisted me to the elevator with my belongings and was extremely helpful.

There"s so much to do here. You need not leave the hotel immediately. They offer room service until midnight. There is a bar stays open until 12 or 1.am. There's a gym and a pool. Too much to list. You will enjoy your stay such as I.

    Most definitely will come again!!!

My last visit here was actually to the AMC movie theater located in the same building. This is my favorite theater to go to because of the comfortable reclining seats. I haven't stayed in this Hyatt since I live in the area, but I attended my husband's high school reunion here. The venue was nice and the food was decent so I didn't have any complaints. The staff have always been helpful as well.

Stayed here for a quiet Valentine's weekend and we were highly impressed with everything that the staff did for us. When we arrived in our room upon check-in, we were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. They also threw in late checkout for us which gave us time to enjoy the awesome gym/sauna.

The food was good, definitely recommend the calamari and the lemon trifle. We got to visit the Hand & Stone Spa and it was very relaxing - definitely worth checking out. There's a pool right next to the spa as well. On top of all that, the movie theatre attached to the hotel is state-of-the-art, with reclining seats and curved screens. Very high quality place, we'll definitely stay here the next time we come to Morristown.
