The power went out. Stuck for a while thanks to that. Missed wake up calls. Fan in rooms bathroom didn't work, so the room smelled bad. Heat /AC didn't work so room was consistently fluctuating temps. Uncomfortable bed. Requests went unanswered. Breakfast was on point and Julio's awesome service added another star for sure.

Been using this place for several years. Minimal service we require has been good. Place is clean but it needs a facelift now. Minor housekeeping issues need to be addressed in public areas.

The service was impeccable, room was clean and my drink was strong. What else do you need when you're traveling on business? Strong Wi-Fi? I guess they can work on that but otherwise great location. I would visit again.

Very good place to stay. Price is reasonable and there is a restaurant available with a bar.

Pretty good. Was upgraded to the 'executive suites' by a very cordial staff. The room feels like a standard room that's just bigger to say it is. It didn't feel like the space was an actual upgrade.

My church youth used one of their rooms as the venue for our night of worship. We invited a bunch of other churches to participate and everyone thought that the locale was perfect. It fit our 150 guests comfortably and had great acoustics for music. The staff was also very helpful during clean up. Looking forward to our next event there!

The lobby was very nice and spacious. The fountain was cool and their were seats everywhere which made it nice to wait.

The meeting room was spacious and very clean. The food spread was good. Nothing amazing but it was good for our work meeting.

The room was the perfect size for the amount of guest we had, and the layout was very accommodating. The food and staff where excellent. This was my third event at this location and the standard has only gotten better

The hotel was leaking all over the place during the storm on Friday which was horrible timing due to the convention. I understand leaky lobbies, but when there is a lot of electricity running through the lobby for booths its a nightmare waiting to happen. Front desk attitude was horrible. The heat in the room was broke so we had to borrow a space heater. However, the location is great for the area, several things to do and eat. I think that the hotel was just overwhelmed with the entire convention which is unfortunate. Gave them three stars for this year. Hopefully next year will be better for them.

I've stayed here twice and i think it's a great value. It feels upscale, clean, classy, pleasant staff. I would definitely try to get a room away from the main entrance (above it) as it can get noisy and annoying at night. Shower is always hot, really nice free shampoo /soap and helpful details in the room that cheap places overlook. Look on Expedia or similar sites for a good deal. Breakfast is served in the on site restaurant and is well stocked and fresh.
