Simply, one of the best, seriously, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, CLEAN ‼‼ 💯💯 Staff here is AMAZING!!
Nevertheless;. The staff here go ABOVE & BEYOND to try and help, even when it has nothing to do with the hotel. AWESOME SAUCE.. This is for a different hotel, My apologies again for the mix-up.. The Garden Executive is/has been very, very rude on several different occasions. Don't waste ur time UNLESS they've done some major RENOVATIONS!!!😨😰

I MUST APOLOGIZE WHOLEHEARTEDLY, THIS REVIEW IS FOR ANOTHER HOTEL which is. THE BEST WESTERN PLUS NEWARK AIRPORT on 101 International Way Newark NJ. I've made a huge mistake & I APOLOGIZE once again The Garden Executive needs a lot of work done. ASAP

Very convenient to Interstate. Easy access to shopping and dining options. Great cable package. Friendly staff. Pleasant decor. Good breakfast.

A very affordable place, with a decent clean decor, breakfast and gym. also incl. in the nightly rate which make it a bargain. Overall - a nice stay.

I was very happy with this hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in this area previously without being satisfied with my stay. This hotel is old but provides a good comfortable stay. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. And you have a good restaurant next door.

Hotel doesn’t look very promising from outside, was expecting the worst when I went inside. The staff was friendly. Hotel smells a little musty. Rooms aren’t too bad. They have a weird smell to them too. If you’re here for work related activities, it is what it is. I wouldn’t bring my family here.
They do have breakfast, but this first morning they only had basic cereal and toast/bagel, you could make waffles if you really wanted to stand there and be in everyone’s way in the ridiculously small breakfast room.
Also all the semi trucks are great to listen to all night while they have their APUs cranking.response / report this review -

They entered our room while we were out and we even had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. That was a little upsetting, and I think illegal. The room was clean and the beds were okay as far as comfort. The room and bathroom could use to be updated or remodeled. Probably the smallest hotel bathroom I've ever had. The door stop was just lying on the floor when we entered and there was a hole in the wall from the door hitting it. The front desk people and breakfast attendant were friendly.

Front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sizeable. Only docking this place a star because the "business" center is one computer and you can only print to the front.

Pretty standard vest western hotel. Was cheap, both the rooms/bathrooms were clean, and the free breakfast had a large variety. I would stay here again if given the chance.

This facility is very clean, and friendly staff. You get a reminder call a hour before your departure and 10 min left reminder knock at the door. The room was very cozy minor leakage from the refrigerator probably due to it being set to defrost but no big deal, and loved the breskfast! Wish they had a pool, but they have a small fitness center available. And they have a snack and personal hygiene vending machine which was perfect for travelers and also a public laundry room.

I stay here every time almost I visit Jersey.the front desk staff refuses to recognize me . There's one particular front desk person Alan He's not only rude but unapologetic about it ..It's pathetic and the most important turn off about this hotel ..response / report this review -

The hotel is okay. You get what you pay for. The rooms are clean enough. Unlile other hotels where you can hear what's going on in other rooms, rhe room was quiet. The bed is a bit hard, though. TV is on the small side but rhe dridge is pretty roomy. Employees are willing to help.

Super clean, friendly staff that were very helpful and accommodating! I'm OCD when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel was on point!! Not one bad thing to say! If I'm ever in this area again I will definitely stay here!!
