Nice rooms and heated pool. We used both when it was around 40 and so windy. The high walls stopped some wind so we had a great time in hot tub and cooling in pool. Real nice exercise room and bar. Restaurant was pretty good too.

The valet was great. The set up for our event was also nice. This is a very beautiful spot.

It may be a 5 star hotel but they absolutely suck at billing correctly. I split the bill with one other person making it $151 each. Still having problems with being billed correctly after 2 weeks from when we stayed there. Seriously?! I've called 4 times to get this fixed and they still can't get it right! Right now I'm being charged $604 which is double the payment of the room. Absolutely ridiculous. Never staying here again. The hotel isn't that nice for that amount of money or Trouble.

Customer focused from the folks at the front door to the front desk to the wait staff. They are terrific! Comfy well appointed rooms. Easy access elevators. Lots of places to mingle.

We got here only to find out the room we paid for was actually never reserved. We got two twin size beds and not the king size. But everyone was helpfull and very kind. The tiny bed was actually comfortable. Good chance we will not stay here again.

This was a pretty nice place to stay. Right in downtown. Self parking is $16 a day though. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. My only complaints: The shower could have used more water pressure, and they advertise a texting number for "answers to questions any time day or night". I texted the number asking if they have drink vending machines, because I couldn't find any. No reply. I had to go down to the front desk and they said no they don't. I thought that was odd. The hotel clerk was nice enough to get me a Pepsi from their back room. I tried to pay for it but she wouldn't accept it. That was very nice. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, good atmosphere. The hotel has nice meeting spaces and the rooms were large. The mountain view is wonderful.

The hotel was nice. There were lots of outlets in my room, and the coffee was nice. I had no problem with the wifi and the bed was comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that my room smelled a little musty, but it wasn't a big problem and I barely noticed. I would come back, it was a convenient hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Room is nice, clean, and roomy. Weird there is no fridge in the room, but if that's what's wrong I'll take it. Bars are both really nice and everyone is super helpful.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the lounge. The windows were big and bright as well as spotless. The staff was excellent.

We were treated very poorly by staff here. I booked 13 nights with Sales Manager. She had very poor communication leading up to our reservation. Including, a credit card authorization that was faxed and never charged, nor confirmed that was received. Upon the arrival of my family and friends, several issues were handled inappropriately. Front office manager engaged in an argument at the front desk, over a simple reservation issue. It was both embarrassing, and a waste of time on a day that should have been spent celebrating. Simply based on the customer service we received, we will not be returning.

Met friends for drinks at the first floor bar. Surprisingly good good (we had the fish and chips and the nachos). Very friendly bartender. Good drinks. Will definitely be a repeat visit.

King bed room facing the mountains. Up scale hotel with excellent furnishings and bedding. Attached restaurant is 4 stars. Limited menu but tasty. Downtown area has several places to see and nice shops.

I attended a professional event at this location that was great. Nice, open, and very clean venue. Didn't interact with the staff, but they appeared friendly. There was an underground parking fee, but it was reasonable. I'd absolutely attend another event there, and maybe this time try out some other amenities. :)
