I apologize for breaking your rules and had 5 people (2 children) and 3 dogs (2 over 50 lbs) in one room. Do to unforeseen circumstances the dog watcher could not watch my dogs and they had to travel with us. I always in the past have stayed at Motel 6 because my dogs are welcome to stay with us. The young man who checked us in was very kind, professional and helpful. I was up front with him and did not hide the fact these facts. He never mentioned that it was a problem or I would have taken care of it right then, taking the kids and a dog back to their mother's apt. I would like to mention however, that he was not properly trained on the debit card machine and it did not function properly, as the chip reader would not work. I paid cash for that night, which was fine. I was NOT going to leave my debit card with a stranger though. I then went down later to see if the desk had and emergency supplies as one of my grand daughters needed some pads. The night clerk said no (different guy). I then said I'll just walk next door. I went next door and they were closed. He never said a thing about them being closed, just let me walk over there in the dark, alone after midnight. The next morning I went down to take care of the rest of my stay. The manager was quite rude telling me that I was not allowed to have three dogs in the room and that she could not rent to me. I advised her that if three dogs were a problem I would leave one with my grandkids mother. She then advised me that she would not rent to me because I had five people in the room. Mind you my two grand daughters just wanted to spend extra time with us. But I told the manager that if that was a problem, I would leave my daughter and my granddaughters with their mother that night. Therefore there would be only two people and two dogs in the room. She then advised in that case she would rent to me, but they even saw the third dog there, I would be forced to leave. If I had been thinking I would have just rented two rooms with a connecting door. While paying for the room the manager then asked how big are the dogs. 1is 20 lbs, 1 is about 55 lbs and 1 is 75-80 lbs. She then advised me that she really shouldn't rent to me because they were supposed to be under 50 lbs (I was planning to leave the smallest with my daughter). Therefore, I left the largest dog with my daughter and kept the other two smaller dogs with me. Weirdly, the stay for two people for Friday night cost more than 5 people on Thursday night. Again I apologize for breaking your rules and will plan in the future not to let my granddaughters spend any extra time with us and make sure I only have the smaller dog with us when staying with motel 6.

The beds were comfortable. The shower curtain was dirty. and there was still hair in the shower from previous stayers. Room walls are way to thin and the room next to us was literally having a party with us as well. Had to call the front desk several times to get them to be quiet. Slept 4 hours and left. Not that great of sleep.

This location is perfect for attending the Balloon Fiesta. An added bonus is finding a Santa Fe Rail Runner train depot right across the highway. Be advised that all rooms do not have refrigerators and/or microwave ovens, so if you need those items, let the staff know when you book your reservation. Nothing fancy here - just the basics, but I like that. I'd rather spend my money on seeing the many beautiful sights and on gifts for my friends. Coffee and tea only in the lobby in the mornings and friendly, understanding staff. Will go back next year.

Location to the event we were going to in town was great. Checking in took about a half hour and that was frustrating because we were trying to get to our event. Hotel was expensive for the one night for the quality of the room. Air conditioning unit knob did not work so could not adjust.

Convenient and easy to find. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Very pleased with this Motel 6. Check-in person, Mukt,i was friendly and efficient.

first i had two rooms here is the list of issues i had in both of them
1. bathroom floor tiles were cracked so bad you had to put a towel so you could walk on the floor
2. Towels that were provided were stained badly enough i would not use them.
3. AC could not be adjusted properly
4. Rooms and hallways smelled of weird cooking spices.
5. Night staff could not understand basic requests. - very poor english
6. Hair dryer did not work and could not get staff to understand to get a replacement
7. beds were not made and or cleaned each day in one room
8. Had to have room keys reset each day in order to get into room

It's better the the motel in Albuquerque friendly staff. There are some things that need fixing. But it was nice and would recommend the stay. The are mostly quite and calm.

I stayed in room 314 and the sink would not drain. DISGUSTING. I went to front desk in the morning first thing. the man at the desk said he would get maintenance to look at it. I came back in evening and sink was still clogged. At ~ 8:20pm a maintenance man did come when I had to complain again. He unclogged the drain of the sink.

you are bare bones which is fine but a disgusting non draining sink is not acceptable and creates a health hazard.

get on the top of your game !!!

First and foremost the clerk was not receptive to me or my coworkers. We travel for work and in this particular case I had reserved my room several weeks ago. I had a confirmation number from the motel 6 website and the clerk refused to acknowledge it. I then had to essentially rebook my room. It was at a higher rate and since I had no other choice. Get into the room and here was a Popsicle stick right by the trash. Felt as if the room wasn’t cleaned prior to my stay. If I had known there was this much of an issue I would have stayed at the super 8 across the street.

Not the best.. I travel through my work
and we checked in and our confirmation price was different, we paid a higher rate. Got my room
and room was not prepared for guests
Bed undone, trash can not empty.
I was given another room, the shower
Pressure was very low, buttons to AC
Were broken, my co-worker's AC
Did NOT WORK. Front desk person said there was not much she could do!
Coffee is OK! .needs better
Managing cause building and room
Appearances are good.

1) When we came, their POS machine did not work. She could not process our payment. We had to go to Wells Fargo to get some cash.
2) The first room they assigned the AC was not working and the toilet was not flushed. Literally there was urine and lots of toilet papers.
3) The next room they assigned also did not have AC controller. I had to take out control unit and tweak the some buttons under it.

Only thing I liked. Beds are comfortable and there is a mirror on the whole wall.

The motel is difficult to get to because of the roads. Use GPS. Rhe service was friendly.the motel was very quiet. I didn't see any other guests. The rooms were clean. The price was great.
