I normally stay at a different line of hotels but Hyatt Place Raleigh West seemed nice so we booked it. It’s been very comfortable, great breakfast, good service. Definitely recommend. The breakfast is not your typical hotel breakfast. We really enjoyed it. Perfect for busy business traveler.

We used to come here every year to see the blackhawks play the hurricanes. Always loved the hotel and the staff.
Got online to book again for this year and they raised the rates for that night to, are you ready for this??
$585 for one night! What a freaking joke!
I'll never step through your doors again.

It's was a good hotel experience. The staff was very welcoming and breakfast has a good variety of items to choose from. Shower had good pressure for a eco hotel.

The bed is basically a slab of slate. They provided a top and bottom sheet for said slate slab. They also provided a paper thin "blanket". My husband found an extra "blanket" in the closet. However, even with both blankets doubled over they still didn't qualify as one blanket. Tell me, what's the point of going on an anniversary weekend with a fabulous couples massage at a great spa when you get to a hotel that undoes all the relaxation of the spa with a slate bed? I got up this morning, and after stretching, a hot shower and yoga, I'm still stiff and sore.

Was worried because I stayed the night during a high school reunion. Staff placed me away from the noise. Room was clean and quiet.

I got a great deal on my stay. Would stay here again.

They do have a relatively good breakfast buffet and on site "bar" open until 2am!

Most things were exactly as you'd expect from a Hyatt Place and why we like this brand so much. But, big deduct for the elevator. One of the two elevators has been down since we got here a couple of days ago. One staff member says it's been down for two weeks. The remaining elevator is very slow. But, at least it worked. Until tonight. After a long day in steaming hot weather here in NC had to walk up to our room on the fifth floor. Not fun.

One of the best Hyatt Place I have stayed. The staff is superb and friendly. The suite is one of the best suites I've stayed in. Hotel is very clean. I will definitely stay here my next trip to Raleigh.

Not too far from the airport, about 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh. Good value for the space and price. Quality is decent, better than a Howard Johnson or other value hotel. Had a weird issue with the water pressure in the shower where it would cut out randomly, otherwise not a bad stay.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Very quiet and nice rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return for future visits to Raleigh.

Very nice decor. Found it a good quality place, but nothing really special about it. If fancy decorations are worth paying extra for a standard stay, it's good. Otherwise you can find a more affordable place. Nice lobby but other than that nothing special.

The staff at Hyatt Place is absolutely awesome! They all were friendly, hospitable, welcoming, accommodating & helpful. The hotel is easily accessible from 1-40. Very nice, clean & quiet. My room was beautiful & spacious. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to any traveler in the area. When I come back to this area and need a place to stay, I will definitely come back to Hyatt Place!
