If I could rate no stars, I would, but that's not an option. This was the rudest most unprofessional place I've tried to stay at. After traveling for 6+ hours, my partner and I called ahead of time and made a reservation. When we arrived they notified us the reservation was no good, but online it's nonrefundable so I was charged double for a room. When we received our room, we asked and payed prior to have an animal in our room. On going to the car the manager followed us all the way from our car to our room and then said we could not have the animal and made us leave. When I asked for my refund he said come to the office if you want it. I proceeded and he threw the money on the counter. It's now 3 am and we're off to find another hotel.

The check in was very easy. We only went to the room one time and that was to put our stuff in it before we went into town. The buttons on the heater were broken, but we were able to use a pen to get it turned on. Around midnight, we had gotten back to the hotel and needed to leave because our children were sick at home and needed to travel back. We asked for a refund because we hadn't even been in the hotel but one time for a total of 5 minutes and we were refused. Security cameras could have told you that we weren't there, but nonetheless we will never stay here again

The worst stay ever. Travel for business. Two words BED BUGS.After bringing this to the owner's attention and being moved to 2 other rooms,the owners called my company and threatened to double the rate if we complained anymore.WTH? Trash under the beds,air conditioning units so dirty we had to clean them before they would work properly.
Promptly moved to a clean and comfortable(bug free) establishment.response / report this review -

Bed bugswe stayed Sat. Through monday, started off in room 101, we arrived to sleep at 2:30am, awoke at 5am to bed bugs biting my arm..I called front desk, they sent Roy the maintenance man, after he inspected and also found 2 additional bugs under the mattress covers, we were changed to a different room upstairs and was told by Roy, to call manager in AM for accommodations. When we called to speak to manager he had the audacity to say we brought the bugs with usunbelievably rude and argumentative we'll never go again! Learned our lesson!

The price was great, but that was about it. The two double bed room we had wasn't in the greatest of conditions, but you get what you pay for. It was a bit outdated and dirty. The hotel said they offered breakfast, but it was just cereal & toast.

The location was hard to find because of the dog but it was pretty nice and very cheap. I would stay there again.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable enough for an inexpensive overnight stay. Would recommend to others, and would stay there again myself.
