My room wasn't ready when I arrived, but the wonderful staff got me into a different one. Hotel was newer and clean. Comfy beds!

Loved it there. Nice cozy room, perfect for all of us. Pull out couch, free breakfast, pool. Nothing negative to say. Will stay again if im ever in the area.

The staff was very friendly, had a nice pack and play for our baby to sleep in. The room and bathroom was very clean. Only thing that needed some work was the breakfast. Otherwise great place to stay.

Great location to stay when visiting Greenville. Minutes from downtown, mall, convention center and many restaurants. Easy access to interstate highway I-85. Beautiful decor. Rooms are large and comfortable. Doesn't have an indoor pool so swimming only available in the summer. Reasonable room rates and hot breakfast included.

Customer service is definitely not something you will find at this hotel. Courtney and Brandi were great. The manager on duty Saturday 7/22/17 was horrible. He had a really bad attitude and demeanor. Why work in hospitality if you are not hospitable? I did not choose this job for himsmh. When I spoke to Joe, the general manager, the next morning, he told me the guy usually has a sunny disposition, he apologized, and told me that he would ask him what happen. Needless to say.I will not be returning for any future visits. Oh and don't try to make a complaint with their corporate office, you will be transferred back to the front desk. Breakfast was bad, shower was amazing, and customer service was not good..Save your money!!!

Very nice property, stayed here while on a business trip. Very convenient to the hwy, mall, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast is pretty good.

The front desk staff was great. They were very accommodating and helpful. The room cleaning service could have been better. They didn't dump the trash, which was full and didn't make the sofa bed.

Quick trip on 4/1/2017

I used points to stay, so I don't know the charges.

VERY friendly staff on late in the evening to check me in.

Room was great - would be great for a family. HUGE accommodations. However, walls seemed to be paper thin - I could hear entire conversations in the hallway. Never heard another toilet flush, but could hear conversations.

Good breakfast in the morning, with sausage, eggs, potato wedges. YUM. Waffles, bagels, breads, fruit and oatmeal were also available, but I didn't eat them. Again, very nice staff working the breakfast area.

Would stay here again, but this time would ask for a different floor than the one I was on. Maybe it would be quieter

The hotel is easy to get to from the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful. Compact lobby layout with checkin connected to bar. The room was nice and spacious. Though the TVs placement made it awkward to watch from any spot in the room. I was disappointed how long it took to get hot water and the shower water pressure was really low. The hot breakfast was good and there was a decent selection.
