My friends and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Suites last night. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Kevin at the front desk showed amazing customer service. I definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend it.

I stayed here for four nights. The staff there are super friendly. They are always smiling and that was really nice. Rooms are clean and they have a nice pool. They served very good breakfast daily .Highly recommend.

Rooms were nice and cleanliness was spot on. Some neighbors were a little louder than they should have been but once in our room the noise could not be heard. The free breakfast was not great but the bagels, muffins and coffee were worth going to the area to get them. The location of the hotel was ideal positioned close to restaurants, shopping, movie theater and interstate. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed one night for a concert in charlotte.. very nice location in comparison to the city and easy to find.. great staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable

I originally booked for two nights and ended up extending my stay to three nights. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful during my stay. I had 1 maintenance issue, but it was fixed within an hour of being reported. My only complaint was there was a few spots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. If it weren't for that it would be a 5 star.

Excellent place to stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very nice rooms. Breakfast was excellent in quality. Overall the Hotel was VERY CLEAN AND BRIGHT.

We come to this area a lot and usually stay here. We love the night staff as they are willing to go above and beyond to help you have a great stay, but the day staff behind the counter and cleaning the room, not so much. The room was dirty with hair on the shower wall and there were tags from the previous guests on the floor. The front counter lady didn't say one word to us the entire stay, without having anyone at her desk. The night staff greet you and are at your beckon call. The people who run the breakfast are also on the ball. The breakfast is always good and the staff friendly, if it were for just these people I would give five stars but the dirty room and rude day hostess blew that.

Clean lobby and rooms. Our room was a good size and well stocked with towels. The mini fridge was useful especial because we were travel with my 2 year old daughter. The staff was both helpful and friendly. We had a nice conversation with the breakfast staff. Will probably stay there again next year.

This place was nice we had a small disagreement upon arrival but the management took care of everything. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff very friendly. Would recommend this place to others.

We typically seek out and choose the Holiday Inn Express. After hours of travel and wanting to stop for the night; I found and selected this Holiday Inn Express. We had our 25 pound Corgi dog with us. The website said that pets were accepted as we have found the majority do. We get to the hotel only to be told by the night desk clerk that they recently changed their policy to no pets. I kindly showed her the website and how it clearly said pets were allowed. She stuck to the supposed new policy and stated they only accepted service animals. I told her that it is VERY disappointing to choose your hotel of choice and do your research prior to getting there to be turned away. The management needs to change this on their website and then enforce this policy. We had to then look for another hotel to settle for the night. VERY disappointing and unprofessional not to honor their website.
