Not super clean, overnight receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. We emailed corporate to sort it out. Not at all pleased with service or hospitality

Should be renamed as Holiday Inn motel 😄. Check in was fast. Staff was helpful. Decor was very dated and old. HIE definitely bought a two storey motel and turned it into theirs. Price doesn’t justify as it doesn’t have a HIE feel.

Decent rooms, they all open to the outside which was surprising. Breakfast was good (same as every hi express). Location very convenient to kirtland afb. Many restaurants around.

Rooms are reasonably priced and clean, lots of shopping and eating nearby. There's a decent breakfast included, too.

Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are a little small. Door opens to outside, but easy to unload the car. Walked right in. Outlets are well used and plugs fall out, but fixed it with a power strip. Would stay again.

Stayed here in September 2017. Room was clean, but as other reviews have stated, they have dated decor. Price was higher than what I feel the product was worth.
It is an all outside style hotel. All external hallways etc. Old school. I would stay again if the rates were more reasonable.
Did not use any other facilities or have the breakfast.

Wonderful staff beautiful accommodations. The bed is a bit firm for my liking and the shower head needs more pressure. Location is convienent to shopping and several good eating establishments

We were traveling with pets and we used the holiday inn app and clearly specified in the notes and by checking the pets box and they registration desk said they didn't know until I got a call that my dog was barking in the room. They said that unfortunately they don't get that information. The room had a weird smell and there was pet hair on the bed spreads. Someone's hair was hanging off the towel rack under the "fresh" towels. Definitely not the cleanest out of the 8 holiday inns we've stayed at in the last 3 months.

Check in and unloaded in the room & found out the toilet did not work? Had to move to another room. Once in the other room the TV did not work? Had to wait again to get the TV re configured? Tried to turn off the TV but the remote did not work? Left for the day and came back but the room was not serviced by the housecleaning service? Called the front desk & there was nothing they could do to clean the room? BS.

"I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!!!"

The location was good and the staff was friendly. However, the building was old and run down plus the air conditioner didn't work well. My daughter threw up during the night and the front desk could not provide clean sheets leaving us to have to play musical beds. And while we were swimming, one guest was ride to my kids and another exposed us to inappropriate actions (she mooned everyone in the pool area.

Loved this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. They have on site security in what already seems like a secure area. Staff is very friendly.

Clean, well appointed room, good value for money, much better breakfast than we expected. Egg white omelets, cinnamon buns, skim milk, make-your-own pancakes, very nice spread.

We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations and have usually found the accommodations to be excellent. The room was smaller than others we have stayed at. The room was clean but the furniture and carpet were well used. We attempted to register while we were still in route. The price advertised on the web was not the actual price we were quoted when we called. We did enjoy the in-room Keurig coffeemaker and found the breakfast area well staffed and the food of good quality. There is a good variety of dining options close by.
