I can't tell you how amazing this place is. Our procedure was smooth and we were discharged very quickly. Dr. Moon was fantastic and I can't say enough good things. Thanks for all you do.

If you don't know where you're going, don't worry someone on staff will escort you. When I arrived, there was someone there to meet me and when I was finished, I was led back to the main entrance. Talk about door-to-door service! More places need to do this.

The staff was great when I was sent to the emergency department. I could not breathe and they were able to stabilize me until I could be transferred. It is never fun or a good time to go to the hospital but the staff was very attentive and made all the efforts possible to help me in such a time of need.

If I could give this a negative star I would. We had an alcohol poisoning issue (don't get me wrong It was a self made problem) but OMG!!! It took an hour to get fluid and see a doctor and we even had to leave without recommendation!! The registration (his name was Greg F.) asked us why we were being rude. For starters, and I truly wanted to know if my spouse had alcohol poisoning So of course I was worried and definitely assertive. We were placed in the psych ward room, our nurse (Kim B ) whom had been brought about by shift change Was absolutely 100 and 10% not concerned about my spouse and even diverted the attention to the fact that I had no medical degree and should not pull my spouse out of the hospital without recommendation!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR EVEN SOMETHING THAT COULD BE POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This hospital is a true joke.

My wife was rushed to the er and I was not allowed back because "they haven't roomed her". Even though I know the room she is in since her sister was with her.

I am so impressed with the staff at St. E's. My sister was admitted late last night and I've pretty much spent 24 hours with her and I am surprised how many of the staff went out of their way. One nurse brought her own personal phone charger in for my sister to use and another nurse came in to help my sister with a c-pap machine that she had at home. It wasn't even the reason she was in here but she showed her how to use it. I have a feeling your only hearing from the negative which is ashame because there's so much positive.

Can't stand this place. Edgewood and Covington are great Doctors have been nice and nurses any time I have been at either place didn't matter if it was for me or a family member. But Florence location needs a lot of work. People are rude and they don't care.

Only been admitted to a hospital once in my life. Long story short, at 48 thought I was having a heart attack, wife drove me straight to ER. Immediately taken back and evaluated with heart ruled out. Next concern was stroke so had CT scan that showed no bleeding. An older neurologist was consulted who took one look and told my wife it was a "complex migraine" and I would be back to normal in 24 hours. Placed in ICU, monitored and was perfectly normal when I woke up.

Have had my son in ER twice. Top notch care and attention.

Wife just had colon surgery here. Private room, I stayed with her at night and could not even hear the nurses in the hall talking. Very relaxing. Nurses are all different but most very attentive and explained every detail of her care. April (I will omit last name) should be nurse of the year. Maybe the best bedside manner and communication I've ever seen and I stayed with my mother in a different hospital for two months, day & night.

There's good and bad about this place. You can definitely tell there's people who care here and then you can tell who's here just for the paycheck.

I was admitted into St Elizabeth with spinal issues and one of my nurses had then nerve to ask me if I was milking my injuries. That same nurse proceeded to roll her eyes every time I asked for help.

I also nearly choked to death in my bed mashing on my nurse button to no response but thankfully I had a visitor to help me.

And lastly my "psychiatrist" who is supposed to be positive and helpful didn't care about a single answer I gave him, constantly rushing to the next question. And he assumes that I was gay becsus of my appearance.

I'm severely upset with how many people here just don't seem to care and I will be filing a major complaint to whoever I can to make sure other people never get this same treatment

I have no idea how this place even qualifies as a hospital. If you need anything go to UC or children's. I've had to experiences with this place. Each worse than the last. This place needs to be shut down for good..
