The staff here are wonderful and respectful of the deceased. They act like a part of your family. I have had to use them twice and have been very impressed by their professionalism and empathy. I highly recommend them.

From the moment of me speaking with Alaina inquiring, to the day I received my dad's ashes, the experience was professional, caring, and even with some added humor. I can not say enough good things about Naugle & Schnauss. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Roger was super compassionate and preformed our service and eulogy beautifully. He is truly one of a kind. And not to mention his little dog Marley, it was so comforting to have him in my lap as we planned my dads memorial, he just made me feel a sense of peace and calm. Alaina went above and beyond to help us and was always there for myself and family with any questions and even helped to set the chapel up and offered great ideas. With out question, we know they really cared about us. These folks are the kind of people the world needs more of. I highly recommend them. Thank you for making my Daddy's memorial so very special.
