Came here to visit a grave of a friend and did not know the location. Theresa was SO helpful and eager to assist myself and my friend. She made the process much easier. Her customer service deserves 5 stars. She was so compassionate and caring, I even had on heels and she offered to drive me on the golf cart. Cannot say enough good things about her!

Our Grandmother bought a plot and said she wanted to be buried in this facility next to her mother. Since our grandmother passed in NJ, we were very nervous about the logistics to bring her home. Theresa was professional and helpful. She guided us through the process.
After arriving at the facility, I was shocked to see how well maintained the facility was. Harpeth Hills Memorial garden is beautiful, and I now understand why my grandma wanted to be inured there.

We buried my father in law today and had the true pleasure of working with Jeff Plunk. He was absolutely wonderful ! He covered every detail from organizing military burial , getting stands for our photos displayed , video , memory board , etc. He has a kind way and makes a difficult time seem doable. Thank you for making his celebration of life special. We appreciate you coordinating with St Mathew , Gate Of Heaven and McGraths. My only suggestion would be laminated prayer cards instead of paper so they last longer.
