We drove six hours from Knoxville, TN and stayed over night to purchase from Hubler Acura. The customer service from beginning to end was seamless. As much preparation as possible was prepared remotely and our appointment time for finalizing and pick-up took less than an hour. I was able to buy the exact make, model, packages, and color I wanted from Hubler for a great value. We were back in Knoxville within 24 hours of leaving and it was well worth the trip. I love my Acura and it was exactly as stated online. I would definitely buy 'sight-unseen" from Hubler again without hesitation.

I live in the northwest Ohio area and was in the market for 2017 Acura MDX SH-AWD with Advanced package. I researched and shopped prices in the 4 state area - Ohio, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana, and needless to say it was an eye opener to discover the wide discrepancy in pricing on the same car model. The attitude of the Sales Consultants is another story!
Anyway, Sales Consultant Aaron Smith, Sales Manager Richard Wright and the Finance Manager at Hubler Acura were the most forthcoming, respectful and transparent during my search. Their pricing was reasonable and they worked with me to find better auto financing arrangement with their many lenders. They were not playing bait-and-switch games!
It was definitely worth my while to drive 250 miles from Ohio to Indiana in-order to make this purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new or used car. This is an AWESOME team!

The staff at Hubler Acura was extremely helpful and responsive throught the entire process, providing me information and pictures of everything I often requested. After a week long search online..and on foot throughout the city for the right vehicle to suit my family. I came across Hubler Acura and decided to give them a chance after reading such great reviews.

I worked directly with Sean and was immediately put at ease with the car buying process . As a woman, I truly appreciated how professional and respectful he was. I feel that he truly gives 100% for his customer and is willing to go above and beyond- and did! I am thankful for his honesty and diligence to help me find exactly what it is that I wanted.

Overall, Hubler Acura is the place to buy a car! Very friendly staff - with the most comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend skipping other dealerships and going directly to Sean .

Our salesperson Aaron Smith did an excellent job of showing us the amenities and safety functions of the care. He made sure that we knew what we buying and also made sure that after purchasing that we knew how to operate everything in the care. The Business Office was efficient and we were able to complete the business transactions in a reasonable time frame. This is our second purchase from Aaron and Hubler so would highly recommend.

On Saturday we had our 2017 RDX serviced for the first time. The service technician explained what they would be doing and was very nice/pleasant while doing so. They got our vehicle in and out in a very timely fashion and we didn't have to spend all day at the dealership which is always a plus. I would highly recommend Hubler Acura not only for service but also if you're in the market to purchase a vehicle. Great and helpful staff.

My husband and I purchased a used Acura from a different dealer and I had to stop in to reset our radio. Every single person in the service department was amazing! I can't even explain how nice and caring they were! I typically do not write reviews but after my experience I had to. They helped me with resetting our radio, put air in my tires and let me know minor issues that the car had. We will be back for all of our service needs!!
