Have been here a few times but tonight was possibly the worst experience I've had at any restaurant! Three of us had no problems with the food but my brother-in-law got some really bad wings the waitress questioned him about the problem then said the manager would have to be told never asked if he would have anything else, came back 10 minutes later and said it was being handled never asked if he would substitute for another meal 5 minutes later she brought the checks and left. There was never an apology or substitute made or mentioned. Too many nice places and people around to bother coming back here

Owner was very rude. I and my sisters came to have a drink and listen to the band with our father who has Alzheimer’s . We don’t go out often with him but wanted to have a nice night out. We took a chair from a table across from bar for our father to sit on while we ordered drinks because he is unstable on his feet. When we went to take chair back to table, a lady rudely stopped us saying chair was to stay at bar. We tried to explain situation but she walked off talking in a rude manner and wouldn’t even listen. A moment later the wait staff and manager came up opologizing and said she was the owner and wanted to apologize for her rude behavior! Seriously? Your staff have to cover for you? Shame on you! This was our first time there and our last. What a sad way to treat your customers, especially those wth a health condition. Maybe next time u should listen or try harder to find a solution instead of walking up, confronting your customers in such a rude manner. When we left she was standing by door and when my sister said “that was very rude how u spoke to us” she just turned her head and starting speaking to an employee. She clearly could have cared less. What a disgraceful way to behave as an owner. If u treat everyone this way you are a bad business owner. We only stayed at all because of the wonderful staff who tried compensating for her. I find it appalling u would talk to anyone this way but especially customers.

I had a $30 - 16oz steak here last evening. I couldn't finish more than half due to it being so tough and filled with fat. I've had a better steak at Waffle House. However, the sides were pretty good.

We went tonight for the first time and loved everything about it. The cocktail was wonderful,every staff member we encountered seemed like they wanted to be there. They were all friendly,helpful and smiling. The food was incredible and our server Trevor provided the perfect amount of service. Always available but not hovering. Also very clean restaurant. We will definitely recommend and will be back!

Worst service ever!!!! 3 hrs still zero food!!! Had to ask 4 times for a cocktail!!! Had to take food home in a take out container due to the frustration of the service. Decor is nice.

I love the food, I love sitting outdoors on the patio when it's warm, although a better location for the patio would be closer to the airport runway. However, the employees and wait staff seem a little snooty, even though I tip well.

The shrimp appetizer was to die for and the tenderloin was the same and you get plenty to eat. The atmosphere was laid back & quiet. The service was excellent. Would highly recommend this place over most any other restaurant.

First ever visit, have heard from family members and friends but trying for ourselves after not being offered seating at a nearby competitor (Sunday brunch with church group). Food and atmosphere were very pleasing, service very attentive; would recommend to all and will surely return.

Really liked this place. Good beer options. Food was good. Kind of a bar feel to the whole place, and despite the name, there are less fire places than I would have though.

Super friendly staff. Beer tasted like chemicals. Not sure if it was the glasses or the taps, but not good. Sandwich was loaded with salt. Sweet potato fries were coated with sugar. Not sure they understand how flavor works, I guess.

Absolutely Horrible!! I received two gift certificates for this place with no restrictions listed on them whatsoever. I gave them to my server when the check came, the server returned and stated that he would have to split the check in order to use both. I didn't understand and questioned him. He referred me to a part owner who told me it was up to him how to credit the gift certificates and he refused to honor them for their face value. I used to patronize this business weekly and told him I would not return, he said that he did not care.

The food is great, if a little overpriced. Try the beers on tap that aren't usuals. But I give this place 5 stars because I have never had such a great waiter (not exaggerating at all). If you get Andrew as your waiter, you're in good hands. He wasn't that canned, scripted waiter that you always get. Friendly and on top of everything but, more than anything, he really authentically wanted us to have a good meal. And we sure as hell did because of him.
