For a quick in and out it's decent enough great front desk and awesome breakfast room, no really it's surprisingly great. REAL FOOD!

Hair in the tub. Close to the airport and have good free breakfast. However, room wasn't clean. There was dirt behind the door. The wall was not well painted. Cobwebs on the ceiling. The people next door were smoking weed. We had to place a towel behind the door to keep it from coming into our room.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Location near the airport with free shuttle. Shuttle came quickly after being called. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, cereal, etc. Very nice.

The housekeeping staff never greeted or smiled not once. Plus, the water pressure was very low and slow. In addition, the bottom of the shower looked like a mat remained there overnight and stained the shower. The toilet took way too much effort to flush.

The bed was comfortable, shower is bigger then most. Never take room by the cafeteria the staff are extremely loud. The breakfast sausage wasn't completely done, eggs are disgusting. The garbage truck come in the parking lot n pick up trash late hours in the morning right by the window. Housekeeper walks in the room without knocking asking what time is check out @10:20am , no privacy.

Beyond noisy - no sound proofing so could every word clearly down the hall and sounded as though kitchen staff were inside the room clanging pots and talking at 4am. Carpet was patched in areas, threadbare in others and disgusting.

Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast selection.
Friendly staff. Only 1.2 miles away from JFK with free shuttle service. Very satisfied with my stay here dont see why it has and bad reveiws and the price is over $100 less than the competitors around the same area.response / report this review -

Clean room, good value. Great breakfast (Waffles!). The staff was incredible. They have a handout of directions for catching the bus to the subway (and back) and even can sell you the metro card at the desk! Plan to use in the future for layovers to Europe.

Love this hotel the rooms are nice and clean the front desk guy is friendly to guest highly recommend to bring ur gf to here they do short stay and much cheaper

While it's an OK deal for the price, the rooms are extremely small and cramped and not very clean. My bed had multiple mystery stains and there was dried blood on my pillow. Pretty nice staff overall but I have to give 3 stars for the lack of cleanliness.

Hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are small but nice. It is easy to get into and out of the city. You can buy a metrocard at the front desk. The airport shuttle is great.
