BAIT AND SWITCH: this is also now called the quality Inn and suites.
Their idea of a wheelchair person's handicap shower. Room number 103. The manager there Friday 25AUG2017 was zero help. She offered to put my parents in a room down the sidewalk that had the beds that I requested and let them use the handicap bathroom of room 103. Both parents are in wheelchairs. I think the ADA should get involved in this one.
I booked the rooms by calling the motel myself speaking with someone at the front desk who guaranteed me the rooms that I needed with the handicap bathroom and the beds that I requested.
Another attempt from the manager she said she could put a rollout cot in the king size bed room that would not allow wheelchairs to move around at all.
I posted this on TripAdvisor but I did not put the room number nor the picture of the awesome bathtub.response / report this review -

Actually a quality inn now and it is a very nice hotel . Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The only helpful person in the whole wait staff is Jessica from the front desk manager Marie which is the rudest one of all then u have a maintenance man that looks at guest wrong (adam) then you have meth heads working the front desk (mica) and you have a quiet but friendly person named (kita) we stay there for work purposes and the only reason is Jessica if she were to leave they would loose a customer for sure

The price was Awesome! The room was Very clean! The hotel staff we're professional, overall it was one of the best two night stays that I've experienced, for that class of hotel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. My room was clean and the front desk employee, Mika, was extremely helpful and so sweet. She made sure I got everything I needed and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely come back because of how nice she was. I hope Managment acknowledges this post, because she deserves a raise or some sort of incentive for her hard work. Remember, the biggest source of marketing is "word of mouth". :)

The room was nice for the price. The only issue was that there was no bathtub stopper in the room. Would stay here again.

Just arrived and wish I didn't. Was looking forward to time in the pool. What pool? There an empty pool. Had trouble checking in because I got charged for two rooms instead of one. Than I tried unlock the door with the key and had to go back to the office to find out there's a trick to opening the door. Than there also a trick on how to close the door. The microwave door can't even be openness unless you lift the whole microwave. There's more but don't stay here to see for yourself.
