Upscale Hampton Inn in a great location along the Reedy River which flows through the middle of downtown Greenville. Many nice restaurants and places to shop nearby. It was a cold night and heating system had trouble keeping room at a steady temperature, otherwise, room and hotel were great.

This is an upscale Hampton Inn and is very expensive. However, it is on the riverwalk of downtown Greenville. It is within walking distance of down town and many shops and resturants. It is normally worth the extra money for this hotel because of the location. The rooms could use some maintenance, but it was very clean. Breakfast is standard Hampton, but well stocked and friendly service

This hotel was nice. The location is perfect as it's walking distance to do many things. That was my first time in Greenville and if I go back, I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Didn't love the bed or the AC (noisy). You pay for parking (no local options). Area us amazing. Note to some..stairs everywhere

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, but the AC is loud and the window is drafty. Breakfast is underwhelming.

What better than a downtown Greenville hotel right on the Reedy River? Park in the garage and stroll to anything you need in town. Very nice rooms and welcoming staff.

Overall great location and great breakfast in the AM for free. Also great access to dowton and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Also easy parking with a garage under hotel.

Excellent hotel! Stayed there for the eclipse (August 21, 2017). Beautiful location downtown by the Reedy River and next to good restaurants (Lazy Goat). But the best is the hotel staff there very pleasant and attentive. The included breakfast was great too.

Went to meet a friend there, who was a guest. Went aa far as the lobby and was incredibly impressed. It was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly. Even the other guests were friendly, commenting on the rainy weather and such. Highly recommend.

Location is very convenient. Staff was very friendly, but we had to wait for our room to be ready. We checked in online early this morning. Our check-in time was 3:00. We got to the Hampton at 2:45. Our room was not ready until 3:50. Being a Hilton honors member didn't help.

Beautiful area in Greenville. The hotel was very well kept and my room was very enjoyable.
It's also very close to 'Swamp Rabbit Trail' which is a 13+ mile trail that is great for running.response / report this review
