Our whole varsity team from college stays here every winter, and the staff is extemely gracious to all 60 of us. They deal with us eating the cookies they put out at the front desk and going through a huge amount of coffee. Nice rooms, great staff.

Very nice hotel, my bed was awesome, very comfortableand the comforter was cozy. Great room, everyone very friendly, breakfast was good and the ladies running out were Awesome.

Rooms are good, not gigantic. The service is good, however the front desk and the housekeeping don't always interface well. There is also no laundry service, only dry cleaning. Overall a good place to stay.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Evening coffee and cookies. Very easy to get to and is right off a main road. Rooms were clean and fresh smelling. They went out of their way to accommodate our room request.

Hilton Honors Silver member. Visit date 9/14/17. Selected premium internet ($4.95) when trying to use the wireless connection. Wireless was unstable. Connected using hard wire, had to select premium internet again. Was billed for both $4.95 charges. I had requested that one of the charges be removed since wireless unstable. Not removed. It's not a lot of money, but I was surprised not removed. Otherwise, room and service was very good.

The room was spacious and accommodating to my whole family, it was a reunion. Maid service was prompt and friendly, and the location was perfect for our needs.

Early in my life i worked at a hotel and its really not that difficult to prioritize the cleaning of a room or even to notify staff. it really reverts back to staff and manual notification. Something as simple as a radio or a call to the last room "coming up as clean/available".
With a check in time of 3pm and a phone call from NC at 11am, requesting a possible "early" check in, you would imagine they would attempt to accommodate this request. Even if the early check in was not possible you would hope the room(s) would be ready for 3pm as we had a wedding at 4 in the area. BUT NOPE ONLY ONE WAS READY AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING.

The best staff ever!!!! Everything I needed they took carr of me. Cleaned my room quickly and efficiently. Great beds. Loved my two weeks there.
