Amazing!!! Very friendly, honest and extremely professional! That was definitely the most important to me. Very straight forward and never once tried to sell us the most expensive products for what we were looking g at. I would highly recommend this company and I am extremely excited to see finished job! Will definitely use them again for future plans for our home. Thank you for all your help and friendliness you gave us today! No negative feedback from us only positive. These guys are absolutely amazing!!! It’s not just one person or one experience they ALL hold to an extremely high standard. They are respectful and very punctual. They were honest and gave me the best quote possible even with the horrible condition of my roof. Kyle Bosher worked around my schedule and was very patient and understanding. He was just about making a sell but he truly cared about the best possible options for me and my family’s situation. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be passing their information on to everyone I know!!!

John came out and talk to us in person about our extensive siding job. He was passionate about his price, quality of work, and the crew that he uses to install. Mark, Neil, and Francesco were here every day getting the project done. They were so sweet with our kids and so professional with us! Chad and the window guys hammered out the window replacements and doors in half a day. We could NOT be happier with the crew or with Keith’s original recommendations. This job was not the cheapest bid we got but it is the only one we felt really offered long term value to our home! We have recommended the CHI crew to many neighbors!

Greg came out and gave us a roof estimate and quickly scheduled our installation. Our chosen shingle was not in stock so they upgraded to a better in stock shingle us for free. We are completely impressed with the customer service and quality we received from Custom Home improvements. Custom is veteran operated and takes great care of its veteran customers. If you live in the Hampton Roads are we highly recommend Custom for your home improvement needs. Greg makes himself available to answer any questions and is super responsive finding you an answer.

Most professional business that I have dealt with in the 19 years I have lived here. Great workers who are motivated to do a great job. Worked on my home like it was theirs. Custom home improvement installed our windows a couple of years ago and we couldn't have made a better choice, great windows, great professional installation, so we called them back to get a quote on gutters and soffets and they will be installed in February, Bill came out and quoted the job and was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us several ideas on future jobs we would like done and sold us on the gutters. Great company, would recommend them to anyone.

I had 9 expensive windows installed into the entire front of my house more than a year ago. They look good and the salesman was excellent. However, two of the windows (in one room) have had a wind whistling leak ever since being installed. I have spoken with a company rep (not the salesman) so many times about this it is crazy. Their sole solution has been to use caulk to stop the wind noise. I have told them numerous times that the noise is coming from the center where the windows meet and not the outer rim where they apply caulk but to no avail. Whenever I call now, no one answers the phone and I am met with recordings of "this mailbox is full" regardless of which number I press in their phone tree. Getting a live person is next to impossible. I can only text the man who has previously come to apply caulk but his only response continues to be, "I have to talk with the owner". I feel my only option now after all my effort to get this whistling noise fixed is to write a below average review. If you use this company be aware that even though they promise service after the sale, it will be like pulling teeth and then still it may not get done. In my experience this company has a very poor method of response to fix the mistakes that may occur on a jobsite. Mistakes are understood-they happen. But correcting them doesn't seem to be part of Custom Home Improvements' concern.

I don't trust anyone else. The workers have always been kind and fast while being efficient in getting the job done. The team at Custom Home Improvement were exceptional. Chuck was very friendly and made the process simple and easy. We were walked through all the options and at the end of the process even received a surprise of an upgraded Roof. Our windows are so easy for me to clean, especially on the second floor. Our house used to look a little rundown. Now we have the envy of the neighborhood. Great job Custom Home Improvement.

My wife, Christina, will see the completed project in September and I know she's going to be just as impressed and happy as I am with it.

Thanks for making this as low stress as possible. Both structures done in one day was a huge relief as both Christina and I had to be out of town immidiately following. There was a slight rain delay during the work, around 6pm but the workers waited it out and then returned/continued working that day until just after 8pm to finish the install in the predicted and contracted one day - impressive.

Well they first started by doing the roof. I took several pictures and watched as the crew worked very well together. I was expecting to see a bunch of trash all over the lawn and in the driveway but they took off all the shingles and cleaned up all of what had dropped. The final product was to my amazement nothing like what I expected. No one in my neighborhood had a roof that looked like mine. My wife and I were extremely happy with the install and full clean up. Then they came a few weeks later and installed our new windows and doors. The work was very precise. I am very particular about my house and caulking. The caulk was very clean and almost un noticeable. The nails were few and the guys were really helpful when explaining what they were doing and how to take care of the windows. My overall view of the company does not even come close to how great of a job they really did. Thanks guys, I will be using you again for my siding project.

So far, sound great the initial first impression with the phone call was very outstanding compared to the four other companies I called and Virginia Beach .
The representative who answered the phone appeared to be very knowledgeable in regards to the process and what the estimator does and the was able to answer my questions to my suffice :)

We had the pleasure of working last week with Custom Home Improvement of Hampton Roads installing a new roof. It's absolutely gorgeous! We are so proud of the quality of the roof and have received many compliments from our neighbors. As new homeowners we feel absolutely confident in this investment and choosing Custom Home Improvement of Hampton Roads. The company is prompt, professional and has worked with us every part of the way. The roofers were amazingly proficient in putting the roof in and left the yard cleaner than when they got to the house. We are so grateful to this company and are so proud of our new roof!
